So pleased that we decided to change our bus ticket for this tour trip to Hoi An! The bikes were so comfy and the drivers were brilliant - we felt looked after the entire way. The stops were good fun, especially the waterfall swimming and a great way to see the Marble Mountains which we wouldn’t have fitted in otherwise. There were 6 people in our group which was good fun. The food was delicious and catered for my nut allergy which is always a relief. Highly recommend joining Lui and his family on this day trip!

Awesome experience, great way to get yourself from Hue to Hoi An. Favourite stop was the waterfall swimming hole! Felt safe and looked after the entire way.

We met Luis and he told us about his family company that does a day trip from Hue to Hoi An. It didn’t disappoint. If you miss the loop or haven’t done the loop it’s a perfect way to experience the views.

Everyone was very friendly from beginning to end. They looked after us well making sure we had enough water and took some amazing pictures. From thinking I was getting a buss to changing to this last minute it was so worth it

We didn’t end up getting to do this activity, but we still wanted to write a great review because we had such a good experience coordinating with the Lefamily riders staff. We booked the tour without looking at the weather (our silly mistake) and when we realized it would be heavily raining on the day we were scheduled to go we got concerned about driving through the pass in the rain. When I expressed those concerned to the Lefamily staff they were incredibly understanding and helpful. They offered several alternatives and when none of those worked with our plans they generously refunded our booking. They are the utmost professionals!

I had a great time, it was a very well organised activity. We had time at the marble mountain but I would suggest doing a dedicated tour for more time and more in depth experience. There was constant cold water available and good seafood for lunch.

This is the best and only way to travel from Hue to Hoi Ann (or to Danang in our case). We stopped at an amazing waterfall and had some amazing lunch. Next we went over the Hai Van Pass which is truly special. We had a final stop in Danang to see the marble mountains, it was all great!

Meeting lui was a wonderful experience. From a casual conversation in a cafe he organised us an amazing meal at his mother’s restaurant a brilliant 5 stop motorbike tour of hue and then an unforgettable motorbike trip via the Hivan pass to denang. This was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. If you’re looking for an experienced tour you can’t miss this. We felt safe and looked after the whole time

We did the Hai Van Pass with Le family riders and we enjoyed it very much! We visited: An Bang Cemetery - Fishing village - Lake - Hai Van Pass - Marble Mountains. They picked us up in the hotel in Hue and they drop us off in the hotel in Hoi An. They take care of everything during the day: explanations, doubts, drinkings, meal, etc. The restaurant was very tasty! Hoa and Duc were the best riders we could have had in this experience. 10/10 recommended.

A must do experience! We booked after randomly meeting Lui exploring Hue. This was our best day in Vietnam so far. It was my first time ever on a bike and Alpha was lovely and made sure I was always comfortable. All the easy riders were incredible and I have never felt more looked after. The swim was our favourite part, food and drink is great too. They also did us a new route and brought us back to Hue as we were staying another night. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you all at Le Family riders especially Alpha!!

Yesterday we were undecided ( mum, daughter 21, son 18) about how we’d like to transfer from Hue to Hoi An. Chatbgt had recommended LeFamily easy rider transfer as something new for us on our 4 week adventure and we were going to decide at lunch as apart from Grab bikes we’ve never done anything like this before. As we left the Imperial Palace, we bumped into Lui, as usual after a little chat we started to walk away. He was so nice, gave us a business Card, and there was no hard sell. We looked him up and the business and decided to go for it. We have just had a perfect day, they took our luggage on the back of the bike ( wrapped up in case of rain), we felt safe with their driving style, and they were really nice guys (ladies too). I’m so glad we did this, it’s the rainy season so the Ha Giang Loop was out for us, and this was a great alternative for our group.

What an amazing day Quy & Trung picked us up from our hotel in Hoi An at 7.45 am and explained what the day would involve. They made us feel at ease and pointed out places of interest along the way. We rode the Hai Van Pass and stopped at various points along the way for photos or to explore. Our first stop took us to see the Lady Buddha (beautiful and calm) We stopped for coffee at the top of the Hai Van Pass, had a delicious lunch beach side and visited Ba Nah Hills At all times I felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed the experience Overall we were out for 10 hours. There were opportunities to swim at a waterfall location too

Highly recommend Le Family Riders to experience the Hai Van Pass. We had a great day seeing breath taking views and ate some delicious sea food by the beach. A real highlight was the waterfall stop off where we could swim and jump into the water to cool off. Thank you!

A truly great experience! The day was perfect, with every stop being as beautiful as the last. I’d especially like to thank Lui for advising us to go by bike instead of taking the train. We had an absolutely wonderful day on the motorcycle with Le Family Rider from Hue to Hoi An. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were picked up punctually at our hotel and had two incredibly friendly, attentive and enthusiastic drivers who made the day truly special. Along the way, they showed us some beautiful and less touristy places, made plenty of fantastic photo stops and always took the time to make sure we could fully enjoy the experience. You could really feel how passionate they are about their work and how much they care about their guests. One of the highlights was definitely our lunch at a fantastic seafood restaurant right on the beach. The seafood was absolutely delicious, and enjoying such a wonderful meal with a beautiful view made the experience even more memorable. The entire tour was extremely well organized, relaxed and enjoyable. We saw amazing scenery, had lots of fun and felt safe and well looked after throughout the whole day.
