Very good service, had to change arrival time after booked which was no problem to company , friendly and polite driver we were delayed and driver waited

During a taxi transfer we met Alex (Quoc), a really cheerful and friendly guy. Two days after we were planing to leave the city of Hue, and he offered us to transfer us from our Hotel to the airport of Da Nang, passing by the emperors tombs, the lagoons and the Hai Van Pass. We spontaneously decided to do so, and we could not have been happier. The places he drove us were really beautiful, and we also stopped for lunch and coffee in a really tasty restaurant next to the lagoons to eat some oysters. It turned out to be really convenient to always have the luggages in the car, and always have the air conditioning after the visits during a really hot day. Alex was really professional, and the price was also fare. So I only have kind words for the tour.

The driver never showed up, we called the agency and they couldn't find our booking (which I had confirmed by email). Regular taxi costs the same.

We arranged an airport transfer from Hue to our hotel. Ms Chi contacted us almost immediately via WhatsApp to arrange the details. We were met on time by our driver. Once we arrived we decided to see if Ms Chi would be able to help us to arrange a car to take us to 3 specific sights. Again the response was immediate. She was also very helpful in offering us an alternative group tour and asking if we needed help with buying entrance tickets. We decided to go on our own and the driver (sorry I can’t remember his name!) was very good and helpful in recommending what order we should see the sights in and providing water.

Anthony just drove us from our hotel in Hue out to the airport. He is a very nice man to deal with, excellent safe driving. Very reasonable price also. Would highly recommend Hue Private Cars Team!

We pre-booked our private transfer directly through the website and then communicated via email to arrange the final details, nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff - even when we asked to put back our pick up time by 30 minutes. We chose this company due to the many excellent tripadvisor reviews. These are well deserved and we were very happy with our choice as the service was excellent every step of the way, from initial email inquiry through to the very friendly and punctual driver on the day. The driver arrived promptly at our hotel, in fact he was early, and we made it to the airport in excellent time. Cost to be paid to driver in cash on the day. The cost included all fees, including airport parking fees, but we included an additional small tip. The car was comfortable and we recommend this company for their transfer services.
