Exploring Hue Imperial City With Professional Driver By Private Car

We had an amazing experience with Tam @ BNT travel. She advised us perfectly on our Hue day and booked us Mr.Ty as our guide. He was fantastic, finding the right balance between adults with kids sightseeing. His knowledge and the way he presented it on our tour in and around Hue was absolutely top. As well to mention the driver Mr Quang - who we later booked through Tam as well the next day to bring us from Hue to HoiAn. Tam advised me personally perfectly even before coming to Vietnam and gave me lots of ideas. Fantastic client service!

Sang was a wonderful guide filled with passion and enthusiasm about his native region Hue. He gave us excellent speeches and explanations about every site we visited. Emperor Citadel, Padoges and Thombs… we had typical regional delights in a restaurant he chose. We appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm as well as his warmth and kindness. We wish him all the best in his career as he does it with love and passion which make him an excellent knowledgeable guide. We fully recommend him to all travellers.

We used BNT Travel on multiple occasions during our travel in July, including transfer from Dong Hoi to Hue, a day tour in Hue, transfer from Hue to Da Nang, and a day trip to My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An. Ms Nhan was super helpful and responsive with helping us tailor our itinerary and the drivers were great - reliable and safe drivers. On our day tour in Hue our guide's name was Sang. I would recommend BNT.

We found BNT from tripadvisor guest comments. I made an enquiry which was instantly followed up until I arrived Danang airport and through out our journey BNT provided non stop travel info, restaurant suggestion etc. the staff at BNT is eager to please. BNT's private car picked us at Danang Airport and send us to Hoi An riverside hotel. We were driven by a very good driver who happened to be the owner of the car company / partner of BNT ! From Airport to Hoi An, The scenic seaside highway from Danang, and paddy fields dotted the land as we approach Hoi An ancient town. We requested BNT to organize our Bana Hills and city tour. The following day, we were driven to HUE via HaiVan pass and we passed by Lagoons and seen lot of fishing villages en route. throughout our travels with BNT, we felt safe and confident with very good and responsible driver. Overall, excellent service and our next trip to Hoi An, we will use BNT again.

We (three adults) really enjoyed our tour with Sang, who speaks great English and answered all of our many questions. Clear communication and a very good lunch trying several Hue specialties in a charming restaurant. Driver Henry was safe and capable- our car was a SUV

We had a wonderful day trip from Hoi An to Hue with several sightseeing on the way. John was our driver. He is a reliable, professional, patience, skillful and safe driver. John told us so much about places we passed through and helped us to take a few beautiful photos. We were tired on the way back from Hue to Hoi An. John took extra miles by allowing us listen to songs with excellent stereo speakers using car's WiFi. We had a great time. Thank you, John. The trip is well organised.

Our driver Bi was lovely to talk to during the car rides of the tour! The car was spacious, clean and had WiFi too! Bi would drop us off and then meet us at the exit gates when we were done with each place. Pick up was easy and very well organised. Thank you Bi!

We had a great day seeing some wonderful sights. Our driver BI was brilliant. He told us so much about Vietnam. He speaks excellent English and is very friendly and polite. A great way to see the city.

We booked the tour online with Helen, who was very friendly, and helped us organize the tour. We had a tour by private car with John, who spoke very good English, and we had no trouble communicating with him. He answered all our questions and even recommended us a restaurant in Hue, with very good local food. The car was comfortable for us 4, very spacious and of course with air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Our driver Duy was very punctual and drove very well. He took to to the 2 Tombs, Citadel, Pagoda, Bridge and also drive us to an excellent resturant for lunch. He was very attentive and gave explicit directions about where to go into attractions and where he would be waiting for us. He looked out for our return and we would highly recommend him.

Aside from the Citadel, Hue has several magnificent tomb to visit. While some places has audio guide, having a personal guide is better as there are some unknown/ local tale that only the local knows. Car arrived on time & guide speaks with minimum local accent.

We had a good day out in Hue with a great English speaking guide Miss Hoe. She kept our child entertained and took good care of us. Thank you

I have found Agency on web, asked them for a private tour at 6pm for the next day morning. They reacted within minutes with taylor made offer for private tour incl. transfer from Ansang resort (50km from Hue). The driver came on time, with clean car, mineral water and salty snack ready for an hour drive. Guide was waitinh in Hue on time also, we spend more than 5 hours by exploring the city with a great lunch at local restaurant. The visit of Hue is worth of money, it is different than the rest of Vietnam - used to be a royal city. All entrences were included, we passed everywhere without waiting, driver always waited close by with air conditioned car. Also thw boat trip was very nice. And all this for reasonable price and great service. 100 % recommended.

Mr Huy, our fabulous tour guide, took us from our hotel in Hoi An to our hotel in Hue with stops at My Son Sanctuary, the Marble Mountains, past a beach and a lagoon and a picturesque fishing village and along the Hai Van Pass (our favourite part). With his friendly charm and his wonderful extra details and facts it made for a perfect transportation/ site-seeing day. We would definitely recommend this to everyone!!

First BNT - thank you to Ms Tam, for all your perfect arrangements for all our transport, right from Danang airport on the 1st day & the return trip on our last day at Hoi An. She Whatsapp me daily to ask if we are 'okay' any problems we had. This is SERVICE!! The timing was perfect, drivers were efficient (though I wish they can speak better English as it is quite difficult to communicate). But on our 3rd trip- We had John - a wonderful and efficient driver. Very, very careful in his driving and as he spoke good English, we had a wonderful time during the day trip, chit chating about Hoi An, Hue, his ambitions, etc. He goes out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable time and my son will remember him for bringing us to a nice side street restaurant at Hue for genuine Vietnamese noodle which we did not see in Hoi An. Very low in price ( 120K for 4 of us) and a wonderful meal for us. He is surely an asset to BNT. Thank You Ms Tam & John for your strong support. You & your Team deserve 5 Stars!

Myself and 2 friends arrived in Hue and had one full day before moving onto Hoi An. Den, the private driver, took us round the abandoned water park, Tomb, Pagoda before dropping us off at the Citadel and imperial city. Den was very useful and dropped us off in each location and waited for us while we looked around. Travelling with the private tour meant we had Air Con, much needed in 40 degree weather!

Driver was great. Lots of walking so be prepared and dress appropriately. It was also a very hot time of the year so take water with you.
