Itinerary
07.30 - 08:00AM: PICK UP TOURIST FROM HUE CITY Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue, and start the Hue to Hoi An Open Tour by Amazing Way. First arriving at: Ancient Hue's Lost Champa Tower: A 1000-year-old Cham tower lost to the sands located outside of ancient capital of Huế. Imagine the thrill of digging at the beach and finding not only shells or buried treasure, but an entire ancient temple from lost to the literal sands of time.
09:30am: Our group then travel to An Bang cemetery - the Ghost City. You'll be suprised to know that this is the Vietnam's Largest Cemetery. Massive, colourful tombs represent a strong belief in afterlife of Vietnamese.
11:30am: Next stop is Lap An Lagoon & Lang Co Beach. Nestled beside the majestic Bach Ma forest, the lagoon reflects the lustrous green mountains and trees on Bạch Mã range. The lake has a peaceful and secluded nature. And Lang Co Beach is an 8-kilometer stretch of sand that runs near Hai Van pass. It is among the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam.
12:30pm: Then our group go to Hai Van Pass. The Hai Van Pass is a natural wall: a mountainous finger of land jutting into the East Sea. The pass is the boundary between the north of Thua Thien Hue province and the south of Da Nang city. Hai Van means “Sea Clouds”, since the peak of the mountain is in the clouds while its foot is close to the sea. On a journey through the land, Hai Van is always an attractive landscape. At the bottom of the pass, tourists can see the vast seascape stretching to the horizon. And on the way up to the pass, the winding roads and scenic views make for an exciting and unforgettable journey.
01:30pm: We arrive at Da Nang city, tourists could drop off here if their hotels is in Da Nang. 02:00pm: Continue go to Hoi An. We are now at Marble Mountain (ticket not included). Marble mountain consists of five marble & limestone hill and are named after the 5 elements. More than once, the Marble Mountains have been used as an army station because of its high position. From its breathtaking views to its unique cultural heritage and interesting Buddhist images, you can climb to the top of the tower or explore the caves, pagodas, and temples while enjoying the beauty of nature. 03:30pm: Tourists drop off in Hoi An. End of the journey here. Thank you and hope you have good trip in Vietnam

Wonderful day tour, we were collected from our hotel this morning and went to many interesting places. Our tour guide spoke excellent English and was easy to follow. We recommend this tour to others who visit Hue.
A really cool way to get from Hue to Hoi An. We saw everything that was promised, the pass had really spectacular views. Our guide, Linh, was very knowledgeable and nice and told us a lot not just about the places we visited, but also about Vietnam and how people actually live here. It so happened that it was just me and another couple on this trip, so it felt really individualized. I'm really happy I chose this trip to get to Hoi An.
My wife and I enjoyed a private tour with Mr Loc and an excellent driver. We were picked up on time at our hotel in Hué in a comfortable, air-conditioned car and given two bottles of water each and two more each as the tour progressed. The highlight for us was the incredible cemetery. We only got part of the way up the Hai Van Pass because an accident blocked the road at the top. We were offered the option to walk the rest of the way up and be picked up on the other side, or just stay in the car and drive through the tunnel. Given the excessive heat, we chose the latter. We were provided a very good bahn mi each in Da Nang for lunch and then taken to Marble Mountain. Be aware that entry for this attraction is not included in the tour. Finally we were dropped off at our hotel in Hoi An.Being taken door to door is a big bonues when you have luggage. We also enjoyed the stops, epecially the amazing cemetery. Mr Loc was a kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide.
Organised the tour through our hotel in Hue. Was a great way to travel between Hue and Hoi A taking in sights along the way. Guides were knowledgable about local history which was cool and was good value for money.
Khanh the tour guide and Vinh the driver are very nice, helpful and informative. The van has 9 seats and was full. Free unlimited water bottle and free very good bánh mì in Danang. The stop in Marble mountain was not enough time to see but we understood that the tour had to accommodate everyone and not everyone was interested to stay longer. The transfer was very smooth door to door. Price was reasonable. We would gladly book with them again.
I went from from Hue to Hoi An with Khanh as my tourguide. She did an amazing job! She had useful information to every tourstop. Her english was very understandable and I always had the impression she really likes what she did. Additionally, she help me with a problem I had with a vietnamese bank concerning my creditcard, which was not part of her job, but made me even happier to have her as my tourguide :-)
The tour was super complete and comfortable. We enjoyed some beautiful views on the way. I would definitely recommend it if you want to enjoy beautiful scenery on your way from Hue to Hoi An. Linh taught us many things about Vietnamese culture and the driver was super nice. The van is comfortable as well. Thank you!
We had a great day woth Khanh a great Guide - she‘s super nice & kompetent!!!
Our guide Linh was nice, explained us many traditions et and many explications during the visit Permited us to benefit the road to visit places with a guide! Thank you ! Solene and Thomas
This was an amazing trip from Hue to Hoi An. Our Guide Linh gave us a lot of information about Vietnam, the culture and religion. She organized the tour very well, we were really satisfief. We can recommend this tour.
They were well organised. They handled our luggage really well. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke good English. Accommodated two people with motion sickness well. Skipping the marble factory tour would give you enough time at marble Mountain.
Excellent experience, very relaxed, on time. Our guide had very good English skills and could tell us a lot about the different destinations. Would certainly recommend
Excellent way to transfer from one place to another, sight seeing on the way. Very pleasant trip and good driver ,quality company
It has been a beautiful experience! Linh was a great guide, entertaining and with many interesting facts to tell! Also the driver was good, and the van really comfortable! Thank you Linh for the great tour!
This tour was amazing. I have always wanted to see An Bang Cemetery and this one way tour was probably the most cost effective way to go. I have done the train before and was going to go on train again, but visiting the Cemetery from Hue was quite expensive. This tour gave me everything, transport to Da nang, Cemetery, beautiful lunch and great sightseeing from Hai Van pass. Added bonus was we had the safest driver ever and a great tour guide, even though he laughed at his own jokes a little too much.
This was a great trip. I got to see some sights I wouldn’t normally have done as well as those I had planned. The guide was very knowledgeable. Very efficient throughout and good value for money as the day does not finish until 3:30PM. They even arranged my taxi into Danang. Only thing to note, is the lunch is quite early (before 11AM).
It is a very good tour activity .If you are coming from hue to Danang/Hoi An like us you should definitely consider it . They will pickup you from your hotel in hue , Vehicle was Excellent . Guide Hoa was Excellent . Places covered were Excellent .
Great way to move between cities. Punctual collection, comfy vehicles, and knowledgeable guide. Would recommend.
We went from Hue to Hoi An. The tour was great and the guide was very sweet and helpful! We definitely recommend! It is the best way to take advantage of the trip to see different places. Thank you so much!
If you want to make the most out of your transfer to Hoi An, do not hesitate to book this one. Interesting stops, even including a lunch. Had Milana as a tour guide, was friendly and nice.
Our guide Chami was great, very knowledgeable and had a lovely personality. The bus was very comfortable and the stops were interesting. We had torrential rain but that didn’t dampen Chamie spirits and she continued with her information even though her umbrella was turning inside out.
We had a wonderful trip from Hue to Hanoi with Chamie. Highly recommend her as a guide. She answered every question and never lost patience. Thank you.
The perfect way to transfer from Hue to Hoi An. Chamie “Tram” was a lovely tour guide, and Bao a great tour guide. I lucked out with a very small group but I enjoyed every stop. Thank you!
This is a great way to travel from Hue to Hoi An. The trip was hotel to hotel with stops along the way at all the interesting places and even included lunch. Our guide, Linh, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Tram was so kind and knowledgeable. Loved learning about the different locations from her. The drive was smooth and seeing the different sites along the way was fun. I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch as well! I highly recommend.
The trip was definitely amazing and our guide was super friendly, approachable and was really understandable! We booked through our hotel and thought it would only stop by place to place - but it had actually had a guide with an explanation for each stop! The Champa tower was super interesting because it's preserved next to a nearby beach Also stopped at these traditional Vietnamese tomb stones It was nice to see the cave in the Marble Mountain
This is the best way to travel between Hue and Hoi An. It is a small tour group in a very comfortable and clean van with good A/C. The driver was excellent, driving safely on the dangerous winding roads while providing great views of the coast and mountains along the way. Water and fresh fruit was provided. There was also a stop for Banh Mi (also included in the price) in Da Nang, which was some of the best I've had during my travels in Vietnam. There were five stops along the way, all of them worth visiting - Hue's lost Champa tower, An Bang Cemetery, Lap An Lagoon (try the oysters!), Hai Van Pass, and Marble Mountain. If you haven't seen these sites, it is definitely worth the trip Our guide, Chamie, was the best I have had in my extensive travels. She was knowledgeable about all the sites, was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and spoke excellent English. She took photos of everyone in the group along the way. She even provided great tips of what to eat and what to do once we arrived in Hoi An. Her enthusiasm showed she really enjoys her job as a tour guide. We were all dropped off at our individual hotel destinations in Hoi An, between 3-4 pm. It really was a fantastic deal for the price. Highly recommended!
The tour was great and the guide was very sweet and helpful! Would definitely recommend! Our favorite was the tombs and Huyen Khong Cave.
We really enjoyed the sightseeing tour from Hue to Hoi An. The itnerary is great (and varies from the other similar tours), especially the 2nd stop. Our guide was very informative and helpful. And we had a really nice time. Highly recommend !
What an interesting way to get from Hue to Hoi An. We were in a transit van which was very comfortable. We had a bit of rain, but they provided good umbrellas. The only negative about the trip was the rain, but we chose to travel in the rainy season. Thai, our guide, was excellent, he spoke English well and was very knowledgeable about the sites on the way. He also had an energetic happy personality. The highlights were An Bang cemetery - Ghost City, Lap An Lagoon and Marble Mountain. The lunch stop for a very delicious Banh MI was perfect. I would definitely recommend this transfer/tour as the perfect way to get from Hue to Hoi An.

Our tour guide Thai made this trip and tour very special. He was very well informed about the places we visited, and also able to answer the many questions from the four in our group. He was friendly and his English was excellent and easy to understand. He also was interested in things we had to say. Most of the sites were very interesting (except the lagoon). We were very impressed that he was just about to turn 22 — so young and such good communication and people skills.
A brilliant way to travel from Hue to Hoi An. Thai was an excellent guide who spoke really good English. His passion for the job made for a really fun trip. We made 5 stops along the way including a lunch stop for some Bahn Mi which was very tasty and included in the price. Make sure you visit the caves on the last stop and spend time exploring them. Climb to the top if possible. Best 20k you’ll spend for the entrance ticket. Another highlight was the Hai Pass Gate. We had a cloudy day but still a very interesting stop with a good view of Danag. Pick up and drop off at the hotels was easy and the van was modern with AC. Such a good price and made a really good day out of our trip between cities. Thanks Thai !
We had an amazing day seeing so many interesting places and hearing some of the history behind them. Our tour guide Chamie was delightful and very enthusiastic, and brightened our day considerably. We had a number of stops in areas of historical or cultural significance or for our comfort / enjoyment. A light lunch was included, and we were able to select our preferred option - and was delicious. Overall we were delighted with our day taken door to door and would thoroughly recommend it as a proper sightseeing trip in addition to transfer!
Could do with fewer stops, some sights was of no interest to me. We could have stayed shorter time at these stops. Guide is very friendly, but English is limited.
The views were amazing and we stopped along the way to take pictures and visit interesting sites. Chamie was an amazing guide with great energy and knowledge on the area! She also provided recommendations for our next stop in Hoi An. This is a great alternative to motorbikes!
My guide Chamie was an exzellent and a knowledgeable person. She was always very attentive and very helpful when I had questions. I can tell that she enjoys her job and puts her heart and soul into it. Big thanks to the driver! He drove very well and was very friendly. He always held the car door open for me! I felt like a "little king"...
So much better than expected! I recommend eating the oysters and spring rolls at the lagoon stop as you can pick up a banh mi at any old bakery. Thuy was an excellent and enthusiastic tour guide and very informative
What a great way to get from Hue to Hoi An! A great guide (Thuan) and we stopped briefly at about 5 scenic spots on the way. I was surprised to see the fare included a delicious Banh Mi for lunch along the way!
A great way to travel to Hoi An from Hue. The guide was super nice and it was really interesting to learn the history of the region.
Milana was an excellent kind and attentive guide, Marble Mountain was very nice. A great and comfortable way to get from Hue to Hoi An.
It was a nice way to get from Huê to Hoi An and see some sights. The price is very reasonable for the quality. Our tour guide was exceptional.
We went from Hue to Hoi An making stops, Thuy was very kind and attentive to us. We were able to visit the cemetery, the incense stores, marble mountains... Totally recommended.
Great value transfer (door to door), with a visit to some unusual places, as well as the beautiful Lap An lagoon, and Marble Mountain. Thuý was an enthusiastic guide and gave a great commentary throughout.
There are some unique sights to see on this trip. Connect Travel is very professional in their work. We were particularly lucky to have Thuy as our guide. Her pleasant nature made the journey all the better!
This was one of our Vietnam highlights after booking very last minute and not knowing what to expect! Thuy was a brilliant guide, funny and knowledgeable. Mr Thank was a very experienced driver and I felt the whole time. Marble mountain was a definite highlight although we almost got lost! We had a great time, thank you!
Great trip and excellent guide Thuy Jiang. Perfect way to get from Hue to Hoi An. We learned so much about everything we saw and the guide was very nice.
Great way to get from Hue to Hoi An with many interesting stops along the way! It was awesome to be able sightsee while transferring to a new location on our journey! Best part for us was the cemetery, so cool and unique. We had a lovely guide, Thuy, who was very friendly, informative, and answered all our questions. The company provided us with a snack and water in the morning and we also had a banh mi for lunch. This tour was a great value for all the things we got on the tour. Thanks to our driver, Bao, for getting us their safely. I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you get Thuỷ as a guide!
Fantastic transfer tour, visiting unique locations such as An Bang Cemetery and Champa tower. The tour guide had great knowledge and was very enthusiastic. We recommend this trip as opposed to other transfer services which only go to major tourist stops.
