We had an amazing experience doing the Hai Van Pass with Hong and Dat. They are so funny, thoughtful and experienced drivers. We felt very safe all the time, they took very good care of us and we are very helpful for their help and service. They taught us some Vietnamese words and showed us some spectacular spots! My friend and I were picked up early from the hotel and the guides were very kind to us all day! They helped us onto the bike, with our helmets and bags, found us a banh mi and chairs to have a rest! They were very safe drivers and we have really enjoyed our day with them! Dat was my driver and Hong had my friend- they made our experience very fun and enjoyable and took good care of us girls! Side note: Dat was also a great photographer for us

We had an amazing time with Trong and Dat! Trong was very professional at overtaking big lorries and cars in the hai van pass and he told us abt the history of the places they brought us to. Dat waa very meticulous and kind at ensuring we could fully immerse in the actitivies. He went the extra mile to assist me as i just undergone knee surgery (he even carried me down the rocks) and even carried our things. This tour has extremely flexible timing and you can take as much or as little time as you wish at each stop which made it extra enjoyable. it was extremely stress free and memorable and we highly reccomend them. However, the restaurant they brought us to had pretty sub par food and extremely long wait time and if u go on the same tour (easy rider danang) u can ask them for alternatives (although the view was nice)

Dat & Hong were our drivers and they were absolutely amazing! If you want more of a cultural and real Vietnamese experience, THEY ARE THE WAY TO GO! Would highly recommend booking with them! They super friendly, helpful and gave us an unreal cultural experience!

We did our motorbike tour with Monkey and Bob - we had the best time! They were both so nice and informative! It’s a definite must when visiting Vietnam. The stops were well thought through and really incredible sites. We learnt a lot about the places we stopped! I was nervous before the trip but actually felt incredibly safe! Highly recommend!!!!!

We had a fantastic time on the motorcycle trip. Both the guides (Bob and monkey) were very friendly and knowledgable about the locations we visited and the sites we past. We felt very safe on the bikes and really enjoyed the trip. The scenery was stunning and the waterfall pool was perfect in the warm weather! Highly recommend.

This is a packed itinerary that will have you seeing everything in the area has to offer in one easy package. There is even time to rest and relax or the rivers, waterfalls and beaches. It’s a beautiful ride and worth doing on a motorbike even if you’ve been through Hải van pass in a car totally different experience highly recommend. My guide Hải was kind and accommodating ans wonderful. Bring friends if you can!

This was the highlight of our trip in Vietnam. Tran & Son Picked us up for a private tour. We walked through the mangrove, we drove through the rice fields and small town. Saw water buffalos on the way to the Tam Giang Lagoon. There we were welcomed by a family of fisherman who took us on they fishing boat. A unique experience of local fishing along with a nice discovery of local food cooked onboard. Thanks to Tran & Son who made this an incredible experience as they both speak English very well and are proud to share Hue and surroundings with us.

I had heard a lot about the great scenery between Hoi An and Hue and wanted to see the Hai Van Pass. Taking a motorcycle ride was perfect!! My guide Dong was super.. kind, patient, making sure I was comfortable the whole way. I had no concerns about his driving.. he was very careful and safe. While his English was not perfect, we communicated just fine and had no issues understanding each other. Considering I have a total of 3 words of Vietnamese, no criticism!! The trip itself was amazing and a really full day. We left at 8:15 and arrived in Hue just as the sun was setting. The time at Marble Mountain was fairly short, but enough to see the main points and several caves. If this is really high on your list then better to do a tour just to that, but it suited me fine. We stopped at a number of great view points, as well as to stretch our legs, and Dong turned our to have an eye for taking a super photo! Seeing macaques, stopping at the North/South line on top of the pass, riding over the pass, seeing the rice fields and fishing villages close up, all great. The swim stop was totally refreshing!! Lynch at a seafood restaurant on the beach was excellent.. good food and lots of options. An unexpected high point was hundreds and hundreds of yellow baby ducks on the road at the duck farm. In summary, it was a long hot day and I enjoyed every minute of it. A super way to see the pass and some of the back country!

My and Koi were our drivers and they were awesome. The tour lasted so long and was well worth it! Amazing views and people. We got to see so much in one day!

I had a wonderful day with Minh. I felt very safe on the motorbike with him. He was super kind and showed me wonderful places. I could ask him a lot of questions that he would answer. Especially as a solo traveler it was great to have a local to talk to and show many different spots. Highly recommend an easy rider bike tour, and definitely Monkey as your guide!

We did the Hoi An to Hue motorcycle tour and had an amazing experience. Despite heavy rain and wind on the day, the riders came fully prepared with rain jackets and pants, keeping us dry and comfortable the whole ride. We were travelling with two large suitcases and two carry ons and were skeptical at first, but they secured everything perfectly and there were no issues at all. The ride felt very safe and well paced, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. There were several stops along the way with no time pressure, which we really appreciated as we love hiking and spent quite some time exploring the Marble Mountain. Quynh made sure to explain each stop, answered all our questions, and was also really funny. Both riders were super friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this tour with Quynh and Nhan!!

We were on Hai Van Pass motorbike trip and it was amazing. MIHN our rider and his team were very profesional and supportive. My daughter got the sunburnt and he assisted us and helped to take care of her. The waterfalls are cold and refreshing after demandig motorbike trip in hot climate. Visit on oysters farm is strongly worth recommending. I have never eaten such a great sea food! The tour is excellent, very pictursque and worth to experience.

We had a fabulous day. The boys picked us up from our hotel on time and we were a little ahead of other riders. We got to the waterfall and had a swim before other people arrived. Safe riding up and over the pass. Had lots of stops for photo opportunities. We stopped by a little coffee shop when a bit of rain came over, just before Danang. Tri and Minh were excellent hosts for the day.

TSM tours were great, our drivers Quynh + Minh picked us up from our hotel and were amazing tour guides for the whole ride. They gave us lots of info about the areas, stopped in many places for us to take photos and a quiet beach for us to have lunch. Would definitely recommend, had a wonderful time.

We were so lucky to have a private tour, just me and a friend as we went in low season (end of June) Quynh & Minh were fabulous hosts, they collected us from our hostel when we wanted with great flexibility. The communication in arranging was all done via WhatsApp, it was super clear and again flexible which is great for backpackers I think! The views are obviously wonderful but what made this experience so special was the knowledge both drivers had about the surrounding area, they stopped at the perfect spots allowing us to take photos and pointed out things we may not have seen. We will 100% recommend this to everyone looking to do the Hai Van Pass- these guys really have something special. Thanks so much, a true highlight in Vietnam for me!

While planning my trip from Hoi An to Hue last minute I had several options, but then came across this one. Couldn’t have made a better choice, as this is would come a highlight in our trip. Contact with Tsm Tours was swift: pick up/drop off location, time, itinerary all flexible. Riders Quynh and Trung were punctual and very accommodating. To my surprise our 20+kgs suitcases and bag packs were securely strapped onto the motor bikes and travelled with us, how convenient. On the motorcycle I felt safe and comfortable immediately and we were checked on this on multiple occasions during the trip. Our itinerary: Marble Mountain, Dragon Bridge Danang, Hai Van Pass, Lunch at Lang Co, swimming at a waterfall, Lagoon fishing village, time for coffee and closing off with a beautiful sunset while we entered Hue City to be dropped off at our hotel. The scenery during this trip was spectacular, while our riders were skilled and good spirited. Thank you for this wonderful experience gentlemen! When in doubt of doing the train or car, do this instead, great memories assured.

I had a tight schedule so i only did hue and back to da nang in a day. The ride to hue itself was already a solid experience for me. Visitng the imperial city was one of the highlights of my trip. I felt like i was taken to another time and world. It was just magical. My assigned guide was Viet and i appreciate how very kind and polite he was the whole time. He was informative too ans very patient.

Got a bike ride from Hoi An to Hue along the Hai Van Pass, really enjoyed it. Great service. Went swimming in waterfall, lunch on the beach! Definitly recomend

It was a nice trip with Xo and Nhat. They drive safely , took care about everything and are gentel. We have make breaks for luch, caffee and photos .

We originally booked the private car from Hue to Hoi An for five people and had one more person join us last minute. There was no issue with taking the extra person and sending our luggage in a separate car at a (small) extra cost. The car was really comfortable, and the journey was really scenic. We had such a great time at each stop and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed. The driver Tri, was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Over all it was an excellent experience and we would recommend it to anyone travelling to Vietnam.

Me and my group of friends did this tour with Tri, it was amazing! Tri is wonderful, he's so nice and friendly. Im a tour guide myself and really appreciated the personal touches, especially as he made an effort to learn all our names and would check in with us individually. All the stops were great and Tri never rushed us with timings and let us take everything at our own pace. He also is very experienced and clearly knew all the sites we went to see. He began by saying he wasn't a tour guide but he had so much information and knowledge. I especially liked that he would answer all our questions (and we had a lot!) about what it was like to be Vietnamese and the history of the country. Also if you haven't been to Vietnam before, the roads are crazy as are the drivers, Tri is by far the best driver in the whole country, he's not constantly beeping and we felt very safe in the car with him. We also needed to add one extra person last minute and the company arranged for our bags to travel separately. Tri dropped us at our hotel and went to collect them. I would highly recommend this for anyone é going from hue to Hoi An and make sure to ask for Tri, he was amazing! Thanks so much for the great day!

We went per motorbike from Hué to Hoi An. This day trip was amazing: riding through the rice fields, swimming at a waterfall, lunch at the beach and passing the Van Pass! Our 2 drivers Quynh and Nhan were great, they drove safely and took good care of us and our bags. I highly recommend this tour

We arranged a private tour to do the Hai Van Pass. Communication to arrange the tour was great and we were able to customise the tour even down to pick up time and choose what we wanted to see which was fabulous. Tuan and Dan were great guides and very safe drivers. We enjoyed many laughs, ate a delicious lunch and saw amazing scenery. This was absolutely the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far and would highly recommend this for everyone.

We booked a private tour from Hue to Hoi An at tsm Tours Hue. At 11 pm I asked for an offer and surprisingly they answered one minute later. I didn't expect such a fast answer in the middle of the night. Tsm Tours organized everything really fine. They sent me a remember message via whatsapp half an hour before the driver picked us up in time at the hotel. Tri was a very good driver and spoke good English. He fulfilled our sightseeing wishes and alway tried to make sure we are okay. At our hotel in Hoi An he gave us a present from tsm. We honestly recommend tsm Tours.

Having been to Hoi An twice before, and Hue once, I wanted something a little different for my trip from Hue to Hoi An. I reached out to Tran and Son at TSM for a quote for several days (return airport transfers, Hoi An/My Son/Ba Na Hills/Da Nang tour, Hoi An to Hue, Hue day tour, and Hue to Hoi An). They were quick to respond and price was very reasonable. Despite not requiring a guide, and just wanting a driver, in Son I received an amazing guide. For the Hue to Hoi An trip the itinerary I asked for was: o Làng cổ Phước Tích - Phuoc Tich Ancient village o Lang Co. Beach – back along the coast line from ancient village (via Thuan An Beach) o Drop-off at Hoi An hotel. Son took me to these locations, and then some, showing me other local destinations on the way, well off the tourist track. He stopped when I asked, did not rush me, and was generous with his time. He made sure my dietary restriction was catered to at lunch, and I enjoyed sharing local food with him. Cannot speak highly enough of these two, just amazing customer service.

TSM confirmed the tour with us again two days in advance and that put my mind at ease. Our guides were ready for us at the hotel at 8am. The experience felt personalized- we could spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each stop. I thought our suitcases would go in a car, but our guides securely strapped it to their motorbikes, which I found impressive. Even though it was drizzling, we stayed dry and warm in the rain coat and pants provided. Quynh shared some history with us, helped us take nice photos, and showed us his favorite tailor shop in Hoi An. We felt safe during the journey and had a lot of fun.

Great company! We had booked a private transfer/tour from our hotel in Hoi An to our hotel in Hue with sightseeing along the way. My BF had some serious vertigo attacks the day before our transfer. I reached out to Tran at 8pm to see if we could change the date. She was super kind and readily agreed to our request. On the day of our transfer, Son picked us up. He was very friendly and kind and spoke English very well. We started our sightseeing at Marble Mountain. Unfortunately my BF had another vertigo attack and fell. Son readily altered our route so we could get to our hotel quickly. They took great care of us! Friendly, reliable and very reasonably priced. Just reach out to them directly. First of all, Son is amazing. He loves his job n it flows into his interactions. We had so much fun in the trip. He let us stop whenever we wanted to click pics and infact offered to click some for us. He gave us lumch options and made us have a great lunch at a local place by the lagoon.. Later that day, he took us out to see the local eateries as well - outside the trip ofcourse. We dint just get a tour guide, we got friends. Thanks Son for all the hospitality. What an amazing trip..

We had the most amazing day. Quynh was a great guide and we stopped off at some incredible viewpoints. We loved learning about the local trades too. They took us to a secluded area at a waterfall and it was absolutely beautiful. Such an incredible day, would highly recommend!

This has been one of the best experiences we have had in Vietnam so far, it's the best way to see the Hoi Van Pass in all its beauty and it was a really fun way to experience everything. Our risers were very friendly and could not do enough for us. They picked us up from our hostel and stopped off in so many great places along the way. We also are lunch with them and the food was very good and it was really nice to be able to chat with our riders. Would definitely recommend this tour group to anyone who wants a really fun and different way to experience this beautiful part of Vietnam

My friend and I did the Hai Van Pass trip from Hue to Hoi An. I took a bike myself and she had a driver, Minh, who was great. I just followed him and he was happy to stop wherever we wanted. He also took us to places we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Minh was helpful, funny and always happy to take pictures of us, often getting in with us! Booking the trip was really easy too. Just speak to the guys at New Life Hostel and they can sort it all out for you. Recommended!

Had a great fay with Minh travelling from Hue to Hoi an. He is a very good driver and told me lots about the places we were driving through. We experienced all kinds of weather which minh was prepared for. I woukd highly reccomend for a fun day and to see some great sites.

I had an amazing day exploring the city on the motorbike. I felt extremely safe and got to see some great places that I may not have found without this tour. My driver took me anywhere I wanted and he taught me some Vietnamese phrases. He also took me to a local coffee shop which was amazing! He took me to a local lady who showed me how incense was made - he really went out of his way to show me things to enjoy. Highly recommend this company and would definitely book another trip. One of the best things i’ve ever done! What an amazing way to see Vietnam. The drivers were really great and the tour was fantastic!
