Such a dreamy hotel! Probably the nicest one I’ve stayed in. The spa is excellent, and the service is so good. We asked for a fan via WhatsApp at 11pm at night and within 5 minutes they knocked on our door with one. The pools are lovely too - we didn’t want to leave! We did the complimentary yoga in the morning too, and felt so recharged after our time there :). The restaurant is quite pricey compared to the prices outside of the resort, but that’s to be expected.
We stayed at The Pilgrimage Village in Hue for 5 days during our trip in Vietnam. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, the complex itself is very well thought out and maintained in superb fashion. We had a lovely villa, it was spacious and very clean. The restaurant at the complex is really good and the food is very good. They have a huge family pool and there is a separate adults only pool. We als used the spa where we had very good massages. But it's the staff that makes this place truly unique, each and every individual tries their ultimate to make you feel welcome and at home. Would highly recommend this place!

As someone who has stayed at some of the world's finest hotels, including Capella properties, I can say without hesitation that the level of care we received from your team rivals the very best I have ever experienced. What set you apart wasn't just attentiveness ,it was the seamless communication between staff, the way you seemed to know us, and the extraordinary attention to detail that made every moment feel considered and personal. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with our own private pool, and watching our two boys (aged 9 and 11) splash around in it during a rainy afternoon is a memory our family will treasure forever. The resort itself is an oasis — utterly tranquil and beautiful in every sense. A very special thank you to Claudia, whose warmth and care made such a lasting impression on us. We stayed in a Tropical Villa, and the room was absolutely amazing. It had an outdoor shower, an indoor bathtub, and a beautiful balcony by the lake — such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel is incredibly serene and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds every morning was one of the best parts of our stay. The spa area was beautiful, and the massage experience was excellent. In general, all of the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, who personally took care of us during our entire stay and made sure every moment felt special and memorable. If we ever travel to Hue again, we would definitely love to stay here again.
