Room pictures on booking site is deceiving. Room furnishing is old, and room/toilet not well maintained. Room is clean, but toilet was not; toilet Walls were mouldy and didnt look clean. Not flexible on check out time extension. I wont recommend this place

location was good, convenient. hotel rooms, however, are quite over-rated. overall, not the best value for money option. Brighton hotel (5mins away) is a better choice for money.

Overall, a good stay. We booked the Queen Mountain View room, and it was quite spacious — especially by Hong Kong standards. The reception is located on the 3rd floor, which might be a bit unusual at first, but everything was smooth during check-in and check-out. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s top notch — very central, close to many places, and extremely convenient for public transportation. Other than that, there’s nothing particularly special or standout, but everything works well and is comfortable. A solid choice if you want a hotel in great location.

We had a quite spacious twin room. Hotel design is very nice and modern. Rooms are clean and modern. They use good quality branded Ritual bathroom amenities (shampoo and shower gel, conditioner). The service from the staff is excellent and the location is unbeatable. Would definitely come and stay here again next time. The hotel is definitely better than others of the same price range.
