How this hotel has more than two stars is beyond my imagination. This was the hotel breakfast we received. Rooms are old and run down and location is anything but good

I stayed in a single bed suite. Great experience overall. The hotel is ideally located, and you can even walk through the city's botanical park on your way to Central. Splendid view as well (32F) No notes on the room service, perfect. Food is good (breakfast).

I had a really pleasant stay here. The service from the ground floor staff and reception was excellent and I really appreciated the gentlemen taking the time to make my stay comfortable, from offering a late check out to providing a drink while I waited for my room, assisting with luggage and always greeting me with a smile. The rooms are a little outdated, but it didn’t bother me too much. I loved the location being right next to the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens and Hong Kong Park, it was lovely wandering through the greenery and having such peaceful spaces so close by. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast included, as there wasn’t much variety. You’re better off eating out or making your own meals. The shuttle bus was also great, with a stop at IFC Mall, which made it really convenient for catching the train to the airport. Overall a great stay thanks to the wonderful service 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly come back. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Since we were traveling with a baby, they made a real effort to accommodate us and even ensured we could check in earlier, which made a big difference after our journey. What stood out most was how kind and attentive everyone was to our baby—it created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient. With the 12A bus stop just a short walk away, you can reach downtown in about 15 minutes, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle.

We stayed here whilst visiting family in HK over Chinese New Year and loved it. The staff in particular made the place feel so welcoming, after staying here for 2 weeks I have to say I miss them! Including our 6 month old who was so happy seeing restaurant staff every morning. The view from our apartment was spacious and tranquil, cleaning was thorough and so nice to step into a fresh apartment after a long day out. We will definitely be back!
