I was booked the trip online without asking for the room with bathtub, staff was so polite that help us to arrange the room with bathtub which also with a beautiful view ! We would like to revisit again next time

Great hotel in Causeway Bay with an amazing view thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Fantastic views of the neighboring skyscrapers and towards the city center and harbor. It was very cool to lie in bed and watch the city lights at night, with curtains available if you prefer it dark. The location was excellent, with many places within walking distance, quick access to other districts by metro, and a nearby tram stop that is perfect for sightseeing rides. For Hong Kong, the room was very large, featuring a big bed, desk, sofa, and coffee table. Cleanliness could be improved.

location: 4/5 mart / local market / bank / cvs / mtr station (fortress hill / north point) / tram station all in walkable distance, plenty of foot massage shops and restaurants 30 mins from the airport got a 5X bus station right in front of the hotel loved how big window opens in the bathroom room: got a fridge, cooking utensils, induction quite spacious for two bright, nice sunlight cold in the winter. heater doesn't work, blanket too thin nice partial harbour view inconvenient: you can literally see what people next building do room door uses key, hard to lock and unlock slow elevator idk what the people at the reception do, they barely greet you no water bottle. gotta get water from the water fountain on the 5f loud chinese guests

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at here, the room is clean and tidy. The front desk ladies they are really very helpful! They are patient and explained to us how to walk through the road to nearby restaurant and helped us to settle the internet service. They can speak mandarin very well! A lovely stay during this Christmas season! Thank you Ms Suki and her colleagues.
