The St. Regis Hong Kong

First Stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong For my first St. Regis experience in Hong Kong, I was thoroughly impressed by the great hospitality. A special thank you to assistant chef butler Angel Tam for making the arrival so memorable. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. She gave a comprehensive introduction to the amenities and the room, and prepared a lovely bottle of sparkling wine alongside a delicious welcome cake featuring local flavors (pineapple bun, egg tart, and mango sticky rice treat). The handwritten welcome letter added a touch of genuine warmth that immediately stood out. For the room itself, the dual-aspect view from this corner room is spectacular, taking in the urban skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. The ​bed is comfortable the duvet is the best compared to all other St. Regis properties I have visited. Silky smooth, and incredibly comfortable without feeling heavy or overly hot. ​Bathroom: The standalone, extra-large soaking tub serves as a main feature, marble wall next to it feels like a piece of art. Breakfast was excellent, with options ranging from beautifully presented Japanese set breakfasts to Hong Kong local breakfast set. I had the Japanese set with grilled fish, tamagoyaki, miso soup, that was really good. ​Overall, an outstanding first impression of The St. Regis Hong Kong, defined by immaculate design, incredible food, and extraordinary butler service. I look forward to returning.

Greeted on arrival by GM Richard Taffs, who somehow seems to be everywhere at once — the service felt genuinely personal. As a Bonvoy Titanium, I was upgraded to a beautiful St. Regis Suite, which was stunning. Breakfast was excellent, especially the à‑la‑carte buffet and one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. The 5:30 pm Champagne Sabering with Charles de Cazanove 2016 was a fun and elegant touch. Truly one of the best luxury hotel experiences in Hong Kong.

We had an excellent experience staying at the St Regis Hong Kong this month. The property was what we'd expect as a five-star hotel. The room was large, immaculate clean and beautifully furnished. There was shower and a huge soaking bathtub which we took full advantage of. We're offered complementary breakfast as platinum elite member. Breakfast was ordered a la carte style, everything was made to order. This was an elevated experience comparing to the typical buffet breakfast. The real highlight that distinguishes St Regis from the other hotels was the staff members and their services. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Special big shout-out to Kylie at the fitness center, Alan and Dexter at the Drawing Room, they really showed us the hospitality that really exceeded out expectations. St Regis Hong Kong is definitely one of our favorite luxury hotels in Hong Kong. That is quite significant given there are so many excellent hotels in Hong Kong. If there is anything I'd nitpick would be the lack of sights from the hotel rooms. The hotel was surrounded by other high rise buildings.

One of the finest hotels in Hong kong. We stayed in their Suite, the room is spacious enough much better than other hotels nearby. They have 3 restaurants (Chinese, French and the breakfast hall). They could add a little more options here. They should also add a small kid's playarea which is missing currently. The service is super fast and the staff is very courteous. They also have complimentary car seats and strollers in case you forgot yours. They serve hi Tea from 2.30pm until 4.30 pm. They have the very famous champagne bottle opening ceremony like the all other St.Regis. Overall a nice stay.
