I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Pacific Hotel on Canton Road. While the room and the bathroom are on the smaller side, the unbeatable location more than makes up for it. It is incredibly convenient almost everything is within walking distance, from shopping to dining. Considering the prime location in Tsim Sha Tsui, the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience! The location is fantastic, right on Canton Road overlooking the harbor, with unobstructed ocean views from the back and an esplanade that’s perfect for a long jog. It's just a short walk to various malls, food hubs, and Kowloon Park. Plus, there are several metro stations within walking distance, including one right underneath the hotel. We booked a standard room with two twin beds and a panoramic view of Canton Road. The room is spacious with clean linens, though they only provide one medium-soft pillow per bed. The central AC works great and the temperature is adjustable. The bathroom isn't huge but is very walkable, though there is no bidet (so consider bringing a portable bidet or getting creative if you prefer one). They provide attached shower gel/body wash and toothbrushes. There are clever, mirror lined cabinets that blend into the wall, a safe, mini fridge, kettle, and cups. They also provide both decaf and regular coffee, which is a nice touch, and the complimentary slippers are surprisingly sturdy and soft. Clean towels and linens are provided and changed daily based on your preference, and there's a handy water refilling station just behind the elevator lobby. Our room was in a separate wing, making it super easy to come and go without having to pass through the main lobby. While not the most affordable option out there, it’s incredibly comfortable and I would definitely recommend it!
I am only writing this review bc the customer service I got from this hotel. I cannot recall the name of the person who helped me and my wife check in, but I believe is Jay W. Thank you for your undivided attention and helping us out. We could see how busy this hotel is and Jay was trying to do everything fast but efficient for us. Also the hotel is in the center of everything, great location! Please keep up the customer service!
Nice, however the rooms could do with updating as everything looks a bit overly worn, especially considering the cost. The morning buffet was good. We used the restaurant once in the evening and my partner struggled to get anything vegetarian. The hotel is in a good location.
Good location near the market, bus station, and Big Tower. The hotel is clean. However, the rooms are very small, similar to airport hotel rooms. There is a water tank on every floor, so you need to fill your jug yourself. My room card expired every 12 hours, so I had to replace it three times during my 3-day stay. Also, the walk from the lobby to the room is quite long. My booking showed a queen-size bed, but they gave me single beds and said the hotel was fully sold out. When I asked for check-in just 30 minutes early, they said I could only get a corner high-floor room or else wait another hour.
