The Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui was absolutely stunning. I honestly couldn’t fault it! The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. I especially loved the little details, such as the filtered water tap in the bathroom, excellent shower pressure, and a full Japanese-style toilet with a heated seat and bidet. The swimming pool was lovely, with spectacular views, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced so far, with plenty of choice. For the quality, comfort and facilities on offer, we felt it was a fantastic hotel. We paid around HKD 4,200 (approximately AUD 770) for two nights in a Deluxe Queen/Twin Room, booked through Booking.com. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and a touch of luxury. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Garden. We were surprised with an upgrade to a room with a view, which was amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. We felt like royalty staying here. Absolutely wonderful and the best stay of our 4 week vacation.
Overall nice location , very convenient stayed there for 5 days , the rooms are ok , clean comfy beds . Down side was the hotel is quite old and the rooms smell , old carpets , they freeze the rooms but if you reduce the air con it smells don’t have proper ventilation. I’ll probably choose different hotel next year .
I’ve been in this property few days ago, and even 2 more time in the past, below there is my feedback: - You should change the AC filters periodically, I got a throat problem when I woke up after the first night. - Based on previous experience at same property, the breakfast buffet is definitely under an acceptable level for a 5 star hotel and I already reported to the FO team during the Check-in; The stations are old, with dirty features and the food was not warm enough Definitely not attractive show kitchen environment; - no welcome amenities - Sabatini restaurant is an outstanding place, the food was so good - the bed in my room was pretty comfortable. - the front office was very efficient and professional. Considering the hotel is at TST, with a lot of competition around, it may be a good idea to make a refreshment about this hotel, because it seems like it’s starting to look aged and lazy to keep luxury standards.
I recently stayed at The Royal Garden as part of a group of 43 dragon boaters for the Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races, and the experience was truly five-star from start to finish. The service provided by the sales and front-office team, specifically Ray and Vincci, was outstanding. Ray was excellent during our initial negotiations, and the transition to Vincci was completely seamless. Vincci was incredibly responsive via email and WhatsApp, and even when I made a mistake regarding our room bedding configuration, she went above and beyond to rectify it for us immediately and at no cost. Their professionalism and ‘can-do’ attitude made coordinating a large group so much easier. As for the hotel itself, the entire crew was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and welcoming. It is clear that The Royal Garden prides itself on high-quality service, and they certainly delivered for us. Highly recommended for both individual travelers and larger groups.
