I booked a Suite and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. On the night of my check-in (2 June 2026, around 11:30 PM), I was about to check in when I realized that I had left my passport on Bus No. 6. To make matters worse, my phone battery was almost dead. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ricky Tsui, whom I would like to thank personally. He patiently guided me on how to find my passport, explained what I should do, and even lent me a power bank so I could stay connected while searching for it. His kindness and willingness to help during such a stressful situation made a huge difference. I was truly touched by the level of care and hospitality I received. Thank you again to Ricky and the entire team. If I visit Hong Kong again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at The Emperor Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, easy, and comfortable. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the hotel absolutely amazing and really added to the overall experience. We didn’t get a chance to try the hotel breakfast because Hong Kong’s street food was just too incredible. We ended up eating out every day, and the hotel’s location made it really easy to explore the city and enjoy the local food scene. Overall, everything was perfect for us. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.
Stayed 7 nights in emperor hotel, the hotel has been nothing but comfortable durinthe 1 week stay. There's even a bathtub in the bathroom. We had meal coupons for the monkey cafe which provide daily breakfast buffet. It costs about 103HKD. The buffet offers a mixture of western and asian selection but is repetitive of their selection daily. It's worth it with the meal coupon but otherwise not worth it for 103hkd. There are multiple restaurants that are walkable distance from the hotel. The room providied a wonderful view of the hong kong city skyline. it has a dehumidifier and air purifier included. A normal TV with normal HK news station. (no smart TV sadly). The toilet has wonderful scented shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo and hand soap. The bathroom includes 2 big towel, 2 medium towels and 2 small towels. The ammenities are a hairdryer and toothbrush only. Sadly there are no combs, shaving kit, cotton buds, or sanitary kit. As someone who stayed in a couple of hotels, usually 4 star hotels would provide more ammenities besides just toothbrush. The hotel also provided a scheduled shuttle van services. The van only drop off passengers at the indicated places only pick up at the LG floor of the hotel. The van dropping us off at HK/CENTRAL station makes it easier to catch the HK airport express train. Saw another reviewer indicating 30hkd for a single washing machine token. Was not made aware of this during the checkin, instead I carried my laundry to a nearby laundramat (about 8 mins walk away) to perform my laundry. The hotel is about 15 mins walk away from wan chai staion. The hotel is built in a hilly area, hence a lot of walking required a but of effort due to climbing up the hill. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the wan chai area.
Me and my wife had a nice stay and the experience was really amazing from the moment we steped into the hotel. The staff were nice and attentive and were patient answering our concerns. The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable as well as the pillows that we forgot the brand name and see if we could get some later on. The only issue was the bathtub which was really narrow that we had to shower sideways, (we're not heavy duty people). The shower head didn't stay in one place when turned on that ended up facing the wall, but at least we managed at the end.
You can reach it by bus. Located in the middle of central and causeway bay so it's a great place if you want to strolling around Hong Kong island. It's near two of the most famous halal food in Hong Kong island. Room is quite small but proper.
