Stayed for a week in a room with 3 beds (2 double beds and a sofa bed). Cleaned well, great room service (even changed bed sheets and devut covers everyday), location very close to bus stops. The shuttle was helpful to get to metro station if you have luggages! The only drawback is being overcharged by Agoda due to date change. Also, Hong Kong is kind of humid during summer, so wish there would be a dehumidifier. The clothes dried overnight after being washed in laundry shop, so it was fine. Will choose again if the price is good.

It is a nice hotel with affordable price. The staffs were so helpful and Hongkong-ly pleasant. They also have free shuttle bus to drop you to the Metroplaza Kwai Fong or Tsuen Wan MRT station.
Staff are good and helpful. Breakfast buffet should have cut fruits for vegan as there is only bread available. The hotel should provide drinking water to the guest. Even if the plastic bottle is banned. Instead u can use glass jug. Good shuttle service.
The service was decent — staff were polite and helpful when required, but nothing particularly stood out. However, the biggest drawback is the room size. The rooms are extremely small, and for a group of three, it felt very cramped. There was hardly enough space to even open our luggage comfortably. The breakfast spread definitely needs improvement to match expected standards, both in terms of variety and quality. On the positive side, the hotel offers a very good shuttle service for in-house guests to the nearest metro station, which is convenient and helps offset the slightly remote location. Overall: Basic stay with okay service and good shuttle connectivity, but very limited room space and below-par breakfast make it less suitable for families or groups
Reasonably priced hotel considering how expensive accomodation is in HongKong. Located 15mins away from KwaiFong MTR station. The hotel offers limited shuttle bus service from KwaiFong and Tsuenwan West. It claimed to be 4 stars but the amenities are no where near it. You don’t get bottled water (told due to govt policy) but you also dont get access to water fountain or dispenser. They host budget tour groups from China so expect the crowd to be loud and less of self-awareness. Otherwise the staff and concierge were helpful.
