We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. We especially enjoyed the sea view and watching the planes take off and land — such a unique and relaxing experience! The only area for improvement is the airport shuttle. The shuttle is scheduled once per hour, and when we arrived we had already waited over 30 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was full quickly and we couldn’t board because there were too many hotel guests waiting. The driver was helpful and called for backup, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the next shuttle. This could easily be avoided if the hotel checked guest arrival flights against reservations and planned pickups more proactively, especially during busy times. Overall a great experience and we would stay again — just hope the shuttle service can be improved.

We stayed here as a family. We were very satisfied. We made use of the lounge and breakfast, and the service was excellent in both cases, allowing us to have a lovely time. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport and the nearest station was also very convenient. It was a bit tricky to get here from Disneyland, so we used Uber.
It’s really close to Hong Kong Airport—only about a 20-minute drive away. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very quiet, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows. This was the first time I’ve slept so deeply in a hotel. The shower was also great, with strong water pressure. The breakfast was very generous, offering a wide variety of both Asian and European options. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Central Gate Mall every hour, which was very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven just across the road, which is an extra advantage and made my stay even more comfortable
Depending on your goal for the trip, could be convenient if you want to be close to the airport, could be somewhat far if you want to be near the city. Nice little area - quiet & residential. Lovely walk near the water, can’t wait for it to be fully completed! There’s quite a few restaurants nearby, including both Asian and western
I stayed two nights at the Sheraton and experienced good service overall. In particular, Mark (a Korean staff member) was amazing; he always had a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service. The cleaners on the 15th floor were also very friendly, and the restaurant staff were good as well. However, some of the doormen and the swimming pool reception staff could improve their service. They weren't rude, but they weren't polite either—it felt like they were just going through the motions. When you work in customer service, it's important to greet guests with a smile when speaking to them.
