We stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers for two nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The room was very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and we felt it offered excellent value given its prime location. We ordered room service both mornings, which was excellent, and the hotel also appeared to have several great restaurants that we'd like to try on a future visit. This was my third trip to Hong Kong, and each time I've stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui. This was my favorite hotel so far. It's conveniently located next to the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, about a 20-minute walk from Temple Street Night Market, and made getting around the city incredibly easy. We took the MTR to Hong Kong Disneyland with no issues, and the waterfront promenade and countless restaurants were all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and guest rooms are of good size. Customer service is good. Some rooms are with beautiful harbour view. However, the bathroom design is of weird, narrow and not practical. The shower area smelled like public toilet on both of our stays. Also, i am a gold member but couldn't use the usual late checkout benefit because I booked the hotel via a third party rather than directly from their website. I remain neutral to whether this hotel is to be recommended or not.
I stayed here for a recent business trip and had a great experience. The rooms are a decent size, very clean, and feature a highly comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. Additionally, the location was perfect for my business needs. I would definitely stay here again.
Convenient harbor view hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui I stayed one night at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers during a short business trip to Hong Kong. The location is excellent: right on Nathan Road in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, next to the Peninsula and just steps from the harborfront. The hotel is connected to the MTR and only a short walk from the Star Ferry, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The area itself is lively at almost any hour of the day or night. The hotel is quite large, which is something to keep in mind. My room, although not on a particularly high floor, still had a nice harbor view and was relatively spacious by Hong Kong standards. The bathroom, however, was quite small, even though it appeared to have been renovated recently. Check-in and check-out were both friendly and efficient. I did not use the gym or pool, but I did try the breakfast and the club lounge. Breakfast had a large selection but was already very busy early in the morning. The tables are quite narrow and close together, so it doesn’t feel particularly relaxed. The club lounge was also crowded during evening happy hour. When I arrived there was no wait, but seating is quite tight as many tables are very close together. The selection of drinks and food was rather limited (one white wine, one red wine, one sparkling wine and a small buffet). Still, for a quick drink it was perfectly fine—especially considering the many restaurants and food options around the hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Overall, a very convenient harborfront hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, particularly well suited for a short stay or business trip thanks to its excellent location on Nathan Road.
We stayed three nights at this hotel at the end of January 2026. The location is excellent, near Tsim Sha Tsui station and a few steps away from Nathan Road and the sea front facing Hong Kong island. The service was good. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, staff were very efficient and polite. We got a city view room and it was a bit too small. The beds were tiny single beds, there was little space in the bathroom to put your things, the beds' side tables were too small, the sockets to charge your phone with usb and C type cables were not working. We therefore had to borrow several adaptors to charge our phones. It was impossible to switch off the lights of the room partially: they were either all on or all off. No bidet nor a WC shower. The room however was quiet and apart from the sockets the rest was in working order. Cleaning was prompt and adequate. Breakfast was average, with no salmon and limited cold cuts (can't compare with Marriott) however with sufficient choices for a few days. The breakfast room was very congested but staff were handling it effectively and we did not have to queue too much. Concierge services were also efficient. So overall, excellent location and efficient staff but room and breakfast a bit sub par, certainly not 5 star level, particularly considering the price. But hey, this is Hong Kong...
