We had a wonderful experience staying at the Regal Kowloon Hotel. The location in Tsim Sha Tsui East is hard to beat—it’s within easy walking distance to MTR stations, Victoria Harbour, and plenty of great dining and shopping spots. The room was clean, quiet, and noticeably spacious for Hong Kong, offering a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. What made our stay even better was the fantastic service. Huge thanks to Manager Dennis for his warm hospitality and incredible attention to detail. He made us feel truly welcomed and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our visit.

Very comfortable, welcoming base for exploring the city. Its Tsim Sha Tsui location makes it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions, while the rooms offer a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s dining options add to the convenience. And also the cleanliness of the room is really remarkable, we really experience our value as a customer. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, helpful service, and a central Kowloon location. Thank You Mr. Dennis Dulay (Manager) for this great experience, you really valued your customers needs, see you again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was made even more special by the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to **Sir Dennis Dulay, the hotel manager**, for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. His personal attention and sincere hospitality truly made a difference. It’s not often that you meet a manager who leads with both professionalism and heart. Sir Dennis is a great reflection of the quality of service Regal Kowloon Hotel strives to provide. We are very grateful for the wonderful experience and would definitely choose Regal Kowloon Hotel again on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended! ❤️
Regal is 1 of a few hotels with bigger room size. We booked direct from official website with promotion stay 3N pay 2N, complimentary airport transfers & breakfast buffet which quite a good deal. PRO: location not exact tsim sha shui center but is walkable to East TST MTR (exit P1 or P2) & connect to main TST red line. Hotel next to The Royal Hotel popular with their Palmier pastry. Near K11 musea & Victoria Harbour. Hotel lobby is quite spacious & organised. Breakfast area and spread is good. CONS: The first room is at 15th & we are not told when check-in that need climb stairs from 14th. We have to carry our big luggages by ourselves. My friend already upset from this moment. Our room is at far end & once entering, feels stuffy & musty smell. Aircon malfunctions. We are literally sweating in the room. All furniture not only outdated but in bad conditions. Chair fabric is torn... standing lamp rusty, head light on bedside is yellowish, toilet tap leaking even bathtub looks dirty. Immediately decided to change room at check-in counter, staying that for 3N will be nightmare. And recalled, during check-in already overheard 1 guest requested change room. Have to approach & explain ourselves from bellman(concierge) to assist us with our luggage to room 10th. Bellman shared with us same views on how bad the hotel conditions. Same goes to Regal Causeway. The corridor of 10th floor is much better than 15th, can feel the aircon & ventilation. Room aircon is not from the original a/c unit, is centralised a/c from a small ceiling hole at a corner, not able to adjust! Basically, the room still no air-conditioning, not even cooling enough so don't expect cold room. You wouldn't need the blanket. Is really torturing especially at Aug weather. No musty smell but still stuffy. All room comes with 1 purifier. We requested for 1 more. Purifier at hugh speed got to sleep with the loud noise. We both still sweat when packing, started using our cooling wipes in the room which prepared for outdoor use! Only glad that bathroom is fine. Our 4th night stay after return from macau is at 11th. With better view, aircon is working, fixtures are ok. Though not very cold still fine for me but not my friend. The 11th room size & design is same of 15th our 1st night. Big area infront window for luggages are plus point. Never in our life stayed hotel with such bad air-conditioning & ventilation. All elevators area equally stuffy. Even bumped to 1 hotel staff using portable fan in elevator. So you can imagine how bad it is. Surprised not much negative reviews highlight on similar incidents. Well, likely avoid staying Regal worldwide... Most disappointing hotel stay, period.
We’re currently staying at Regal Hotel and the experience so far has been excellent. The customer service here is truly outstanding. Every staff member we encountered has been welcoming, professional, and very attentive to guests’ needs, especially Mr. Dennis Dulay. He was incredibly friendly, polite and very accommodating. The Cafe in the hotel had plenty of options for breakfast and the foods are delectable. Also, location of the hotel is close to great food, shopping and near attractions and tourist spots. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hong Kong. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!😊
