Rooms were pretty run down during my visit. Staff were not very friendly. Location is good and strategic.

An absolutely beautiful hotel that is run by amazing staff who will always help and assist you. The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything you need. Kelvin and all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Housekeeping are fabulous and meticulous. The man who attends our room is very friendly, kind and takes enormous pride in his work. The hotel is connected to Harbour City shopping centre. I highly recommend the Prince Hotel.

3 nights here as gha member. Had a good experience! Room was big (had double upgrade). Breakfast spread was decent and location is excellent. 5 mins walk to both tsim sha tsui amd austin MTR stations. Walls are a little thin though so if you do fer a noisy neighbour, you will hear things. Else, very good experience, will stay again.

Great location and newer rooms. I think the photos don’t do it justice. The bathroom is large and all marble - so quite nice. They need to remove th carpet in the rooms in the hallway then they will truly be unbeatable. Some walls need wiping down but beds were very clean and they changed the sheets frequently. We will be revisiting. No view of harbour though.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prince Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel was fairly clean although carpets and chair need a good wash, generally comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special mention to Gary, the bellboy, who was a great help from the moment we arrived. He was always cheerful, welcoming, and went out of his way to assist us whenever needed. His positive attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
