Had an amazing stay! CW went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. He very kindly upgraded our room and we had such a relaxing stay. The staff that collected our bags from the taxi were extremely helpful. Room facilities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, big thanks to CW, and we look forward to staying here again next time we’re transiting through Hong Kong. Thank you so much for looking after us!
Excellent location and very supportive staff. Rooms are very clean. Only TVS’s are very old and they should definitely be replaced with smart tv’s because for tourist there is nothing to watch except for English news channels. With built in Netflix and prime video apps tourist can watch movies and shows of their on choices by logging in their own accounts.
Chose the hotel after seeing good review from others. When we arrived, we were vwry happy with the big size of the room and also the bathtub. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast variety is great as well. One kf the day when we returned back from sightseeing, we found macaron with birthday card for while who has her birthday that day. It was a pleasant surprise from the hotel management. The room has very good sound proof, we cannot hear any noise from corridor nor outside. Definitely will come back again in future trip to Hongkong
I had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel Hong Kong. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—very convenient and within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. Everything I needed was nearby. I was impressed by the excellent service, comfortable room, and fantastic location. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very happy throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire front desk staff at Park Hotel Hong Kong for their exceptional hospitality and support during our stay. Since flights arriving from India land very early in the morning, we reached the hotel around 8:30 AM, which was much earlier than the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. After our humble request, the front desk staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us at around 11:00 AM. Traveling with my family, this gesture meant a lot to us, and I truly appreciate their kindness and understanding. We enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay in the Premier Family Quintuple Room (2104). The room was extremely spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of 4 adults. It featured two king beds, one single bed in a separate room, two bathrooms. The room setup was excellent and made our stay very relaxing. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street, making everything very convenient. Perfectly approachable to every public transport including buses and MTR. Despite being centrally located, the area is peaceful and quiet, which added greatly to our comfort. Overall, our experience at Park Hotel Hong Kong was truly outstanding. The hospitality, comfort, and location exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong with family
