I had an incredible stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West! Our room had a stunning, panoramic harbour view that made sunrise and sunset truly special. The location is super convenient and it is great hotel near MTR, making traveling around Hong Kong completely hassle-free.
The amenities here are top-class: the hotel swimming pool is clean and perfect for relaxing, and you definitely shouldn't miss the dining options! We had a delightful meal at their chinese restaurant, and grabbed some delicious treats from their famous Nina Patisserie cake shop. Everything from service to convenience was 10/10. Will definitely return!!!!
I recently visited Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan and had a fantastic experience! Since it is a hotel near MTR, getting there was incredibly convenient. We had dinner at their chinese restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Afterwards, we couldn't resist stopping by the hotel's cake shop, and the cakes we had were so yummy and fresh! To top it all off, we got to enjoy a stunning harbour view that made the evening even more special. Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal and a sweet treat!
The hotel management is truly the worst I have ever encountered. It is significantly worse than most similar-tier hotels I have stayed at in mainland China. Just one photo says it all. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 PM, this was the massive line waiting for the elevators. Several tour groups had arrived at the same time, all trying to get up to their rooms.
Although there are five elevators, management failed to reserve even one for individual guests who had already checked in. Instead, individual customers were left to argue with the crowd of group travelers just to get upstairs. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Hong Kong.
We are a family of four traveling with a lot of luggage. Upon arrival, the staff did not offer to help us after we got out of the car. In fact, we couldn’t even tell if the two men standing in front of the hotel were actually employees. We had to ask around just to figure out how to get assistance with our bags.
Furthermore, the room itself was not well-maintained.
That being said, I want to give full credit to the young staff member who ultimately helped deliver our luggage to our room. He was incredibly polite, handled our bags with care, and eagerly answered all of our questions.
Just stay out of this hotel. Especially if you have family. There are better choices in similar price range.
Nice location with a beautiful view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very soft bed. Amenities were plentiful and well provided. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.
Due to a flight disruption with Cathay Pacific, the airline was good enough to provide me with a room in this hotel. The is well located with plenty to offer within walking distance. The views from the room were spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the room properly outfitted.
I also had the opportunity to have both breakfast and dinner in their buffet restaurant. The selection was excellent and the food very flavorful. The buffet even included beer and supposedly wine, but I couldn’t find it.
