First time in Hong Kong, and choosing to stay here was honestly one of the best decisions! We landed really early, and they were kind enough to let us check in early. They even gave us some chocolate while we were waiting, which was such a lovely little touch. 🍫 The room was clean, the ambience was lovely, and the service was amazing. Everything was just great from start to finish. The location was also perfect, everything was within walking distance, and we were lucky enough to have such lovely weather during our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again! 💕✨

If this isn’t a 5-star hotel, then I don’t know what is. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible place. From the moment we arrived, it felt special. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room with an amazing view, and to top it all off, there was a fireworks show as we arrived. Talk about perfect timing. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the pool was great. I also gained a new appreciation for all the people working behind the scenes. Shout-out to the lifeguard, who looked ready to spring into action at any moment even if there were only a handful of people around. Hopefully it stayed that way! The lobby was beautiful, the staff were always happy to answer questions, and the trains nearby added a surprisingly cool atmosphere. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel lobby and hallways were clean and well-maintained, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The gym and swimming pool were great and definitely a highlight of the hotel. The main downside was the location, as it takes around 10–15 minutes to walk from the hotel lobby to the MTR platform. We also booked this hotel expecting a smart toilet based on the room description, but our room only had a regular toilet, which was a little disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff and facilities, but we may consider other options on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Great place to stay in town. We stayed as a family of four in two double rooms. Room, service and breakfast was honestly excellent. Good sized room, nice bathroom. The staff and team were exceptional - really really friendly and professional. Will always be back on trips to Hong Kong. Rooms had a great harbour view
