The thing I really like about this hotel is that it's reception is on the ground level without having to climb stairs or taking the lift to another level. Check in is flawless and fast. Staffs are always helpful and cheerful. Rooms are very nice with abundance of TV channels for viewing. Good location for sure. But the price kind of sored quite a bit after renovations. There's a Starbucks just next to the hotel for a coffee fix. Loads of eataries from cha chan teng to fanciful restaurants. 8min walk to Jordan MTR.
I would recommend this hotel for families with older folks and kids.
Good location: there are a lot of restaurants, cafe, shops etc. nearby the hotel. Just a few walk can go to MTR station or bus stops.
Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful especially housekeeping staff.
Room is clean and lighting are sufficient. Sockets are sufficient all around. Just airflow sound a bit higher.
Highly suggested to provide a litter bin for recycled item ♻️ which can allow the customer to put the related recycled items such as cans, paper or plastic items etc., and the housekeeping staff can sort it easier.
This is the second time we've stayed at Nathan Hotel and both visits have been great! Location is excellent, walking distance to the markets, lots of food places and easy access to public transport too.
The staff are amazing, very friendly and so helpful. We had 6 big suitcases when we checked out and they so kindly arranged our taxi to the Airport. We've received room upgrades both times we've stayed and the rooms were lovely. We will definitely choose Nathan Hotel whenever we're in Hong Kong. Thank you, team :)
The hotel offers a great experience.
The room is clean and very quiet even the window is next to Nathan Road. meanwhile, I can't hear any sound from outside of the door or even the other room next to me.
the service of front counter is great also. mail service is also fast w/ response (within a day). Hotel Service Team helped me change my reservation information, due to change from my travel plan.
Breakfast is good with multiple choices if you seek for convenience. the quality is also on the good side as well.

5min walk from Jordan Subway Station. you will have so many food shop/restaurant options nearby for the most authentic Cantonese food!

Eaton and Nathan this time, I ended up choosing Nathan again because I remembered the staff is always friendly, and gotten free upgrades to larger rooms more than once. I stayed at about five different hotels in the past, and three of them are usually my top picks, but Nathan hasn’t disappointed me yet.
We arrived around 2pm, and check-in was quick & smooth. They gave us a bigger room again with 2 double beds, which was great. The room can hold up to at least 6 large luaggages and few more carry-on. The amenities are always there, and the cleaning staff truly go above and beyond. Every night, they gave us fresh towels and new canned water even though we already had our own water in the room.
One suggestion for the hotel: if they want to be more environmentally friendly, they should invest in water dispensers so guests can refill their own bottles, like they do in Taiwan. That would be a nice touch.The hotel should bring back the handy phone so we don't have to worry getting internet when we are out and about.
The room has everything you need and there were even two electrical converter adapters in mine room and if you need an extension cord, they can provide or you buy one in a near by store. The tiny fridge actually gets cold; it even froze my drink, which is more than I can say for some other hotels where the fridge is barely cool.
A couple of small downsides: the WiFi can be a bit slow sometimes, though it still works for watching YouTube. I also think the hotel should make the WiFi more secure—like requiring a password instead of just letting anyone select and connect.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Nathan Hotel, and I’d stay again if the price is right.
