The staff provided excellent service, and our entire family was very satisfied. The breakfast was also delicious. The whole hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. When we were choosing where to have dinner, the staff gave us helpful recommendations and guided us appropriately. The housekeeping was also excellent, and our children were very happy throughout our stay.

The new journey awaits at 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐠. 🪭 - After years of unforgettable memories, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is closing its doors for their summer recess of renovations. Can’t wait to experience their newly unveiled collection of redesigned rooms and suites when their next chapter unfolds. - Here’s a quick throwback to our second stay at this iconic hotel on The Mandarin Club, for my birthday celebration. Enjoyed a refined stay in their timeless classic room. The Mandarin Club was the highlight, perfect afternoon tea, evening cocktail hour with stunning harbour views, and a delicious breakfast spread each morning. Pure luxury in the heart of the city. - Ps. Thanks to Karn and the MO Team for all these incredible arrangements!
I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. I was very happy to be upgraded to a beautiful room, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what you would hope for — great quality, great atmosphere, and a really enjoyable start to the day. I also had a treatment at the spa, which was fantastic. The whole experience was very relaxing and beautifully done. A special thank you to Karl and Greta at the front desk, who really stood out for their warm and professional service. A truly memorable stay, and I would happily return.
This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the room to the view to the service to the food to the pool to the exercise facilities are absolutely top-notch. I think the city centre of Hong Kong is a nicer place to stay than Kowloon side, but others may differ in opinion. The rooms are a good size very comfortable. Very noise is isolated. The staff always does a great job keeping everything fresh and clean. Tea, coffee and water is refilled sometimes twice daily. If you can stay in the club level, I would recommend it. The food is absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent. Afternoon tea is included and as well worth the price end of itself the cocktails and wine and champagne available is very high-end. The workout gym is one of the best in any hotel I’ve ever been in. Multiple machines very specific personal trainer type exercise equipment is available and it is spacious. The men’s locker room has a cold plunge a heated pool, a steam room and a sauna. All of which are spacious and very well maintained. The check in process is excellent. The restaurants in the hotel are also excellent and it is a quick walk to many bars and clubs in Hong Kong. Can’t really say enough about this place. I’m sad to leave.
Amazing service with attention to detail. I've never said this about a place before, but the housekeeping really stood out as above and beyond. I enjoyed the clipper restaurant and oriental mandarin club as well. The room itself was nice but I could tell it was a little dated. My 5 year old also loved the place. Overall, I have to give the place 10 out of 10 since the service was just so good.
