I booked this hotel for 3 days, it's very clean place and very conveniently located, just 5 min walk from Mongkok MTR. The room had everything, small fridge, microwave, dehumidifier and even a water filter. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious and they provided all facilities. We had a very comfortable stay here. The nearby area is very lively and there is a Indian vegetarian restaurant "Roti King" also nearby, highly recommended. The receptionists are very helpful, they gave us a preview of the area and helped with luggage storage till we could checkin. I have only good things to say about this place, book without hesitation :)

A wonderful stay once again, we will definitely be back! ☐ This was my second stay at this hotel, and this time I had the pleasure of experiencing Hong Kong together with my daughter. Just like during my first visit, we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you goes to the entire team. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and always ready to assist us with any question or request. You genuinely feel that the people working here care about their guests and want them to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would also especially like to mention the housekeeping staff. They were absolutely lovely, friendly and did a wonderful job throughout our stay. Thank you! 🙏🏼🍀 What impressed us most was that it didn't matter what kind of help we needed. Whether it was assistance with setting up our phones and local prepaid SIM cards, doing our laundry, asking for information or simply arranging a taxi, there was always someone willing to help and make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference, especially when you are thousands of kilometers away from home. Everything during our stay went smoothly, and both my daughter and I felt very comfortable and well looked after. After having such a positive experience for the second time, there is really no question for us: Whenever we return to Hong Kong, we will definitely stay here again. 🇭🇰❤️ Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality and excellent service. Very clean. Very friendly. Way too little space in rooms. No free water, the refillable water dispenser in the room cant hold a lot, empties out quickly. Good lobby to stay a while. Side desks have weird rounded edges, stuff falls down constantly when moving things a little, e. g. putting glasses there in the night. A LOT OF STORAGE SPACE in the room however, cupboards and drawers. Washroom is good. Location is great to explore Mong Kok, YMT, SSP. Many, many bus lines nearby to basically verywhere in HK. Langham Place is 5min away. Long pedestrian bridge to MK East & MOKO, Ladys Market, Night Market, Pioneer Center and Sim City nearby. Prices on the weekend are ridiculous, be aware of that. Otherwise STRONG RECOMMENDATION. VERY GOOD VIBES FOR A STAY IN HONG KONG.

I had a terrible experience here and strongly recommend finding alternative accommodation. The room was incredibly cramped—there was so little space that I had to open and close my suitcase on the bed every single time. Cleanliness was also a major issue; the shower glass and floor were visibly dirty, and the bathroom features a strange, gym-like flooring that felt highly unhygienic to walk on. On top of that, the property offers zero amenities—no gym, no pool, and nothing to do. When I requested to cancel my reservation due to these poor conditions, the hotel manager completely refused to issue a refund, essentially forcing me to stay. Avoid this property.
