I must say this hotel, "Kowloon Harbourfront" is one of the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in my traveling experiences with such the money spent on. I rented a 2-bedrooms suite. When I got I to it, it smelled humid and reek. All fixtures and furniture were yellowish and spotted with mold that have not been updated since 90's. The service is astonishing unpleasant. All staff's faces at the concierge were full of impatient and serious look. They didn't want to directly answer any questions. The café closed at 15:00. By then, there is no food and drinks to be served. The only vending machines locate at the other block given that you have to get yourself soaked during the rainy season. If the rain is heavy, there is no hope to get a bottle of water even. In conclusion, this Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel SUCKS.

Checked in Monday night - no upgrades that other patrons got. Overall, the room has good space with 2 bedrooms, sitting area and kitchen. We came during summer so glad there was AC. Appliance is a bit dated - we did not really use the microwave. They have a pool which is nice. Club house is ok. I saw a toddler room and 2 ping pong tables. There’s shutter bus to the subway station until 11:00pm ish back to the hotel. It really depends what you are looking to do in Hong Kong. While there are things around the hotel, it’s definitely not the type of hotel in the middle of the city.
We chose this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and enjoy a relaxing stay with some pool time, but it was disappointing that the pool closed at 6:00 PM. During a quiet late dinner with my family around 9:30 PM, security came by because of a noise complaint, which felt unreasonable at that time. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.
Unfortunately I was not at all impressed with this hotel.. whilst it claims to be a 4 star I struggle to understand how it can be more than a 3 star.. my family and I spent 3 weeks travelling around china and Hong Kong. This Hotel has to be the worse I've stayed at the many times I have stayed in Hong Kong.. The lobby gives the feel of luxury and high class, but this is where it ends. The room had a washer dryer that repeatedly washed the clothes and did not dry.. the walls were thin and we heard our neighbour washing and scraping the chair late at night. The room was dusty and not really clean. Including mould in the bathroom. The bed was hard and pillows whist some like super soft feather pillows these were not to our taste. The young man that worked in the foyer was helpful and very friendly. The staff behind the counter were not friendly and every request was too hard. The ladies in the cafe at breakfast were friendly. Breakfast did not come with our room and cost $13AUD, was a small buffet style. Power point in the small room was not easy to access. Shower over the bath is not easy for me who has limited mobility.
I stayed here 3 years ago and I wanted to post this review of how exceptionally excellent this hotel was. i fondly remember the large rooms and soft beds, as well the stunning picturesque view from the living room and bedroom. The lady who cleaned our room was always really nice. 10/10 would stay at again.
