A Wonderful Stay & A Special Thank You Our stay at the InterContinental Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic. From the beautiful hotel to the wonderful service, everything made our family trip truly special. But there is one person we especially want to mention — Lee Hong, if we have remembered her name correctly. We’re not completely sure of her name, but she was the lovely housekeeping lady with short blonde hair who took care of our room. She was exceptional. Every day, she made sure our room was beautifully cleaned and looked after everything with such care and attention. What touched us the most was the way she took care of our daughter’s toy. It may seem like a small thing, but as parents, those little gestures mean so much to us. It showed such kindness and genuine care. If the hotel team can identify her from this description, please give her our love and our biggest thank you. ❤️ We would really appreciate it if you could also show her this review so she knows how much her thoughtfulness meant to our family. She truly made our stay even more memorable.

Really enjoyable stays during recent visit to HK. Hotel is in a great location just a few minutes away from the heart of the city, it benefiting from some calm. Wonderful views over the harbour to the island, really a special view! Hotel is mid-sized, which I think makes it small enough to care about you but still have the facilities and quality of a larger hotel. Club lounge was good all-round, ice space to work, relax and enjoy an evening cocktail. American bar was very nice, best selection of whisky I have seen for a while! I had 2 stays in a week. Second stay was on a higher floor and it was clear that there were some rolling refurbishment going on. Some comments about the lack of modern room facilities e.g. USB ports, food aircon have been addressed by the hotel and some nice touches in second room. To be honest my first room was good, even without these minor cosmetic additions. Look forward to coming back!

We stayed four nights here this week and I’ve had an exceptional stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay here next time. The hotel rooms, facilities and staff are all excellent. We had a nice large Club room with a beautiful view. The staff from Reception to Concierge, cleaners to the restaurants and Club Lounge were all very friendly, efficient and professional. We could not have asked for more. I can’t name all of the staff in the club lounge but every single one of them was absolutely fantastic including Alex on the bar in the evenings and Jeanette at breakfast time and the full team, I wish I had all their names

Had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour, which was especially stunning during the day and at night. The hotel’s location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the waterfront, making it easy to catch the spectacular evening light and drone shows. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service, a fantastic location, and breathtaking harbour views. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
