Stayed at Madera Hollywood during my work trip and was fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded suite was large, spacious and comfortable. Hotel was centrally located with numerous eateries nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back to Madera Hollywood on my next trip.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionists are super friendly and accomodating. They also offer umbrellas in the lobby! I stayed in the deluxe queen suite. The bedroom and closet was extremely spacious. I slept comfortably every night. The little living space is also very comfortable. They refilled coffee (Nespresso machine!) and tea every day as a part of housekeeping. The bathroom was my favourite, it had two vanities which was very useful. Lots of storage space in the little shelf next to the sinks as well. The vanity/shower area is also semi-separated (by an open wall), which I liked. They provide robes and a few towels. The shower was amazing – they offer three kinds of showers, even a shower body jet which was cool! There is built in storage inside the shower walls, which I conveniently used to store my own toiletries. However, they also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so there is no need to bring your own. All other basic toiletries are provided for you. Housekeeping is very good as well. They came in at around 11am everyday, it was lovely coming back to a clean and tidy room everyday. The facilities at this hotel are also great. The 5th floor is occupied as a gym. They had a good variety of machines and props, and a huge mirror. There is also a lounge area which is fully stocked with drinks and snacks. I had a very good time at this hotel.
An absolute gem! A most friendly welcome at reception by Selina and Arthur. The modest entrance betrays the luxury of this hotel. The room - actually a full apartment, very comfortable, unusually large, furnished and equipped tastefully with the finest. On separate floors, the hotel offers its guests a comfortable lounge with coffee and drinks, and a gym. The location is excellent, in Hong Kong Central on famous Hollywood Road, with shopping, entertainment, bars, and great restaurants all in walking distance. We have recommended Hotel Madera Hollywood to our friends!
I stayed at Hotel Madera Hollywood for three weeks and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with every detail taken care of to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Selina and Aaron, who went above and beyond with their professionalism and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness and warmth truly made me feel at home. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos online—something that many other hotels can’t claim. The property is stylish, well-maintained, and perfectly located, but it’s the staff and the honesty of the presentation that make it truly remarkable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong!
A hidden gem, this is the best value and located hotel in HK if you’re not staying at The Peninsula or Four Seasons. In the heart of SoHo around internationally rated bars and super close to Central MTR, it’s in the coolest area. The rooms are huge with really quirky and unique designs that impress and furniture that’s high quality. It feels like living in a residence in Hong Kong. I was impressed with the quality of the fitout and service even if I had just from staying at the Grand Hyatt in another city. Arthur, Pana and Selina, the concierges there are incredible and genuinely personable who did everything to make my stay comfortable. The hotel uses a messaging service that makes your requests easy and feel seamless. Communication was excellent and I was really impressed by how great the staff were. Everything exceeded my expectations.
