Harbour Plaza Metropolis

Amazing hotel with excellent connectivity, stayed here for 4 nights, our drivers could easily navigate to the hotel, the views of Victoria Harbour from the room is iconic. Fantastic location with any essentials close by. MTR Hung Hom station is right next to the hotel which helps you to travel to any part of city easily for exploring! Excellent front desk services and really good spread of continental breakfast! Rooms and bathroom seem to be recently remodeled and maintained in excellent conditions. All the restaurants close by 9:30pm so if you’re sightseeing and are expected to be late, have your dinner someplace outside coz everything in the hotel as well the the Metropolis mall closes, however there are 2 7-eleven, one in the mall and one in the MTR station where you can grab quick snacks like sandwiches, cup-noodles and some drinks in case you’re late, Rooms are smaller than an avg 4 star properties globally but a little larger than standard hotel rooms in HongKong! Very important part, there are over 500 rooms in this hotel, soo availability will never be an issue most of the time incase of early check in or late check out request, since our pickup to airport wasn’t till 4pm and our standard check out time was 11pm, we could seamlessly extend till 3pm for extra charge without any issues of availability, really good if you’re arriving or departing very early in the mornings or late at nights! Definitely a great place to spend for a long vacation and would be my choice for the future visits!

Just stayed here for 2 weeks and I think it's tremendous value for money. This is a 4 star hotel but in terms of facilities, services and location, it's not far off from any 5 star hotel. The hotel is slightly dated but rooms are clean and tidy. The location is brilliant, right next to a major train and MTR station and also the bus terminal. They also provide shuttle bus, once every hour, to take you to Tsim Sha Tsui which is a very popular tourist area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our flight was very late in the evening and they provided us late checkout at 2pm with no extra charge and also kept our luggage till 8pm. I have not tried their restaurants so cannot comment on that. All and all a very positive experience and definitely will use again.

A great 6D5N, Thank you for the great hospitality, my stay was fantastic, the housekeeping lady was very kind and approachable. A nice view of Hong Kong from my bedroom, the aircon was just the right temperature. And a good working fridge, the shower water I like it with the hot bath, the room size was fantastic just for me for this 5 nights. The gym have all the basic equipment. I had a wonderful 5-star stay at Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Hong Kong. While the hotel may not be the newest compared to some others in the city, it is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction felt smooth and pleasant, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. As a lovely and much-appreciated surprise, I was upgraded to a spacious suite with a beautiful view. It added an extra layer of comfort and made my short stay feel even more special. The location is another major advantage. Being conveniently close to Tsim Sha Tsui, it made getting around Hong Kong incredibly easy for sightseeing, dining, and exploring the city. Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Harbour Plaza Metropolis to my friends and family. I would happily return on my next trip to Hong Kong.
