I went to the food buffet with my family, the side dishes were bad, the salad had extremely small bacon bits, no flavour in the cabbage, the shrimp and the other sea food were all bland and the so called “cocktail sauce” was literally just ketchup, the ham was bad. Now onto the side dish, we ordered a prime steak, a steak, a pork and a cheese pizza, the cheese of the cheese pizza tasted funny medicine like taste and when I went back home I got food poisoning, the pork was extremely bland little to no flavour, the steak was alright, the only exception was the prime steak which was pretty good but it was small. This was really disappointing since it costed 250$ per person. Would not recommend eating here ever again

Highly recommend! Unbeatable location - barely a 3 min walk to Wan Chai MTR, plenty of Cha chaan tengs just across the street and my favourite tea shop (BASAO) just 8 mins walk away. Star Ferry pier also a 10 - 12 min walk away. Rooms are spacious, water pressure was excellent and airconditioning was working perfectly. Decor a little dated but everything else was working fine. Staff are professional albeit a little aloof, which is in line with HK service standards.

Very awful hotel with very awful service and unhelpful staff at all. I stayed with my infant and they refused to wash her dishes or even sterilize them in their kitchen microwave. I asked them to help me order food by adding local number to my order and they refused. They also refused to help me get it delivered to my room. I have never seem an awful and unhelpful staff in my whole life and I travel a lot

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop and close to a metro station. The rooms are quiet, well maintained, of a good quality and not too small. Lighting intensity can be adjusted in the room and it is equipped with an ironing board and extra pillows in the wardrobe. Staff are professional, and check-in/out were smooth and efficient. I would recommend this hotel.
