Hong Kong was a stopover to go to Bali. We arrived really late and tired so we took an uber, which came really fast. It was about 120HKD. We got a room on the 20th floor facing the water/airport. I dont know what is the other side of the building but the stadd told me it was an upgrade. There are 6 elevators a d they are fast. We got up and enjoyed their breakfast. It was so nice to have so many western breakdast items in addition to Chinese options. We took the airport shuttle back to the airport. They run once an hour. A nice and easy trip.

Since my flight arrived in Hong Kong at 6:00 AM, I chose Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung as a transit hotel for my first night. The hotel offers a free shuttle service that was very easy to find. It’s a medium-sized shuttle bus, so there's no need to worry about space. I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 AM, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly—they checked me into a room right away. After a grueling 15-hour flight, this gesture felt like absolute heaven! Since I had to check out before 6:00 AM the next morning, I didn’t get a chance to try the dining options. However, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location and hardware facilities, and especially the hospitality of the front desk team. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Compared to other Marriott properties in the city center, it also offers great value for money.
This is very good hotel. The staff are very polite and helpfull people. Their hospitability is very high level. They are real professional. Good managment, good hotel. Only the location is not 5 over 5. Ofcourse it is an airport hotel and close to Hongkong airport. But this is only usefull and 5 over 5 for the people choice to be close to the airport. Rest about the hotel is perfect comment. The breakfast in the hotel is very good. Especially house keepers Ms. Poli and Nin are very polite, hardworker staff. They are very hospitable staff. There is a soup cooker staff lady in the restaurant on breakfast who is very professional and prepares delicious soups. Thanks a lot to the hotel management and staff.
I was here for a 12 hour layover. It was perfect. From the on-time shuttle bus to the quick, yet friendly check-in, everything went very smoothly. As a Marriott Titanium member I also appreciated the upgrade to a corner suite without the use of a SNA. I was also offered with buffet breakfast or points. My suite was modern, clean and fantastic air conditioning! Everything was all in working-order. The only thing I noticed was the TV service did not carry CNN. Check-out was super quick and I hadn’t even stepped outside to catch the shuttle bus and my e-folio was already in my in-box. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and I love this hotel very much. The room is spacious and clean. The standard room is large enough even I stayed with 2 large suitcases. Room attendant Mandy and her supervisor Mini were very polite, responsible and helpful. Mandy asked if I need housekeeping services every morning when she saw me and her work was amazing. The food in this hotel was great and I enjoyed the late night supper in this hotel very much. There are shuttle services between hotel and Tung Chung or airport so I won’t get wet during rainy days. There are many local restaurants around the hotel as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
