I have dreamed of staying here for a long time and finally made it. The atmosphere is stunning and it’s always a pleasure to stay in the Disney bubble. There are comfortable shuttles to and from the park. Park tickets are not included. However, comparing to other Disney resorts we were surprised of several things. There’s no proper vegan food in the hotel and prices are very high. Characters appear only once or twice in the lobby and then twice in specific hours in the pool (check the updated recreation page). The pool is fun and there are hotel activities with free souvenirs such as postcards and pins. With the room, you get coupons for merchandise and food.

The Good: • Super aesthetic vibes • Huge, spacious rooms • Right next to Disneyland with a free shuttle The Bad: • Honestly, it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel at all. Aside from being pretty, the overall value just isn’t there. • They make you buy toiletries now (used to be free). Plus, the shampoo dries out your hair so much that the conditioner doesn't even help and it's not skin friendly for kids • Food prices are insanely high (no joke). • Major language barrier with staff—we asked for an ice bucket and got a cooling patch instead lol.
3D2N 2room accommodation for 1 yr old + 3 adults. Staff were passionate & very helpful. Room facility is kids friendly. Hotel facility & environment is perfect for kids - we can walk to nearby hotels & enjoy the entertainment facility there. Got playrooms of different themes, parks of different styles, pools and even restaurants with varying options in style, deco, cuisines. All in all, will consider staying again for family staycation. For visitors aiming for city sightseeing, this is a little too far away from the city centre.
We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and a visit to Hong Kong Disneyland. The theming is terrific, the staff are friendly, the room was comfortable and well kept, and it's an easy walk to the park. In fact, this is our insider tip: don't take the shuttle bus. Instead, walk to the Disneyland Hotel and take a left on the manicured walkway--there's almost no one on it, and it's only about 10 minutes to the park entrance. It's magical! And this hotel is much less expensive than the American Disney hotels.
Really really excellent experience. Absolutely beautiful hotel down to every detail, definitely worth the price of staying. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the house-keeping does an incredible job! We only stayed 2 nights but wish it could’ve been more. We were checked in by Yuki who was an absolute delight to meet first thing after our flight, she was so friendly and attentive, exactly who you want checking you into your room! The food was lovely but there definitely should’ve be somewhere to get more affordable snacks, which was our only note. The pool was so relaxing and the view from behind the hotel is beautiful. Also it was so convenient having the shuttles to the park just outside the hotel!
