Loved the magical Disney atmosphere! I was too exhausted to photograph the room, but it was comfortable. Amenities weren’t provided automatically, so you’ll need to request them. The hotel is huge, so take the correct lift or you’ll face a very long walk! Loved the overall vibe!
This place sucks!!!! The location is trash. The food is trash. You can’t get anything delivered here. Not only is the food absolute garbage expect it to be $75 a person and the brisket taste like fish. They don’t have microwaves. You have no other options to bring in food. It is such a journey to even think about food. Never would I ever say again! If I could give a negative reviewed, I could giving it a one star is as much more then deserved
We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this hotel! My daughter absolutely loved the Mickey and Friends-themed room, which made the experience even more special. We also appreciated being able to use and access the facilities at the other hotels. The free shuttle service to Disneyland was very convenient as well. Definitely recommend this hotel! 😇
I stayed at the Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for two nights this past July and would like to highly commend the buffet restaurant team. From the reception desk to every floor staff member, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional on our first night.They were quietly observing guests' needs and always stepped in to help with great professionalism. It was a typhoon day, so we had nowhere else to go. We ended up spending over two hours enjoying our drinks and meal slowly. During this time, we got to interact and take photos with Donald Duck, received a beautifully painted palette from the staff, and experienced nothing but warmth from everyone.Aside from my family, this was my first time visiting Hong Kong. Thank you to the buffet restaurant team at the Hollywood Hotel for giving me such a wonderful experience. You made our very first night truly happy and memorable.
This is our second time staying at here and it continues to be the most practical choice among the three Disney hotels. It is noticeably cheaper than Explorer’s Lodge and Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, but you still get the same perks like early park entry, easy transportation, and the full Disney resort experience. For the price you pay, it really feels worth it. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is fun and relaxed. It only has two restaurants, but it is not a big issue because you can easily walk or take the shuttle to the other two Disney hotels if you want more dining options. Everything is close and convenient inside the resort area. If you want a Disney stay that is budget friendly without losing the magic, Disney’s Hollywood Hotel is the best balance of comfort, value, and convenience.
