⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem for First-Timers! Unmatched Service, Views, and Convenience! If you are coming to Hong Kong for the first time and want a place that seamlessly blends comfort, luxury, and home-like warmth with incredible proximity to everything, look no further! We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, traveling in a large group with family, friends, and kids. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The Service & Staff (The Absolute Highlight!) What truly sets this Courtyard Marriott apart is the phenomenal hospitality. The entire front desk team was excellent, but Benson deserves a special shout-out for going above and beyond. The amazing service didn't stop there—the bellboys and the floor service staff were incredibly attentive. Even with a bit of a language barrier at times, they were endlessly patient and helped us navigate the city with route maps. A massive thank you to Gabriella and Nina at the evening happy hour! The happy hour itself was an absolute delight, but their sweet, attentive service made us feel completely at home every single evening. The Rooms & Views The rooms were absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, and boasted breathtaking views of the harbor. My only regret is that we were so busy enjoying ourselves that we forgot to take pictures of the rooms before checking out! Location & Transit Convenience As first-time visitors, the location was perfect and incredibly easy to navigate via public transit: • From the Airport: The A10 airport bus drops you off a mere two minutes away from the hotel entrance. • Exploring the City: The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the MTR station and a few other key local spots, making sightseeing with kids and a large group entirely stress-free. This hotel gave us the perfect mix of luxury and comfort, making a bustling city feel incredibly welcoming. We will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommended!

The staff were the highlight of the hotel, very kind and attentive. The room was pristine, no complaints, very good temperature control and the room can be fully pitch black which is great for sleep. The location wasn't the most optimal for the hong Kong must sees but it was quite close.
Chose Courtyard for a business trip this time round which according to some locals, was an “interesting choice”. I suppose it is due to the location which is slightly random but still close enough to the business district. Starting with the good, room is basic but I was comfortable and had great sleep. Gym is adequate and there is a nice view accompanying it. Staff members were mostly nice, including one who bought dessert for me. Location is ok, with restaurants nearby although I didn’t think there was anything too good. Cons wise, I had the worst breakfast at any hotel ever here. Legitimately, there was no saving grace for its breakfast so I would advise to just walk to Starbucks which is two minutes away. I received close to no advantageous benefit for being a tiered Bonvoy member. My laundry also arrived later than 7pm (it was promised before) and staff wasn’t apologetic and took no responsibility for it. No hotel bar or proper restaurant too by the way. I had lounge access but food looked so uninspired but suitable for guests that didn’t mind convenience and average food. Overall, I slept well so it was ok but nothing too memorable.
10.0 if I could. The service here was great. Front desk who checked me in was accommodating and allowed early check-in and late check-out. She also made me aware of the shuttle options. Concierge and doormen were great and friendly. 5.0 The rooms were on the smaller side compared to Courtyards in the US but it’s standard in Asia with plenty of space to roll and unpack checked luggage. Everything was clean and an intl adapter is provided if you forgot one. I got a room on a high floor which was nice. It was right by the elevators and soundproof. 4.5 Location is a bit further away than some usual tourists attractions but when I mean far, it’s a 10 min drive away/30 min walk. I usually take the walk. Hotel provides shuttle though to the main area so not a hassle at all and the bus/tram stops are all out front on the same block.
So pleased we chose this hotel for our 6 night Hong Kong stay. Our first contact was at reception with Brian Hung, who really valued us as longer stay guests. He was ultra helpful with our room choice. Our room had a marvellous view across to Kowloon and the busy shipping lane. The housekeeping does a great job and the rooms are very well appointed and maintained. We had breakfast and club access included but only used the club once for drinks and food which were perfectly adequate. The hotel gym was very well equipped by hotel gym standards. The location is amazing. You can get the tram to anywhere so easily and the metro is only a short walk away. Also the airport bus stops right outside. The breakfast was perhaps slightly underwhelming but we found enough to start the day satisfactorily. We would 100% return to this hotel.
