This is a relatively central hotel at the intersection almost of Nathan Street and Waterloo Road. It is for both the business traveller and tourists. The hotel is modern and well maintained. It does not have a gym and pool. That is next door. The bedrooms are good and big but the “city view” is not really a view as it simply is of other nondescript nearby buildings. Our view overlooked a roof top soccer court. The curtains are not cleaned regularly too, a little too dusty. The breakfast was pretty good for us who follow a plant based diet. We had all we needed.

The location of this property makes it very convenient to connect to all MTR lines and the MTR entrance was so close by. There are plenty of shops for food and necessities. The check in and out process was smooth. Daily housekeeping is available. Aircon in room worked well and consistently to make for a comfortable stay. Essential during summer months. Property was clean and well presented. Good view. Two water machines in the lobby was convenient and so glad they had that. Bed and linens were comfortable. I don’t have any complaints. I would definitely stay here again.
Accomodation in Hong Kong is expensive, but we definitely got our money's worth here. Service was always polite and friendly. Our deluxe room was small but clean and comfortable. Location is great-- super close to the A21 bus going to and from the airport, and the MRT station, with lots going on within walking distance. * If you're coming from Japan or the US like us, you'll need an adapter to use the plugs in HK. Luckily we could buy them at the airport before we left. * No laundry room at the hotel, but there's a fantastic place called Good Wash right across the street. The friendly lady there washed our clothes for us within a few hours for a reasonable price. * Try the breakfast of champions at the nearby Chung Kee Congee-- pumpkin congee, youtaio (a donut, basically) and a cup of soy milk. For yummy lunch and dinner and an authentic dining experience, try Yat Sun Vegetarian. Both are within easy walking distance from the hotel.
Very Disappointing – Definitely Not Worth the Price Our 4-night stay was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. First, the actual room was completely different from the photos shown on the website. The room was extremely small, had no view, poor ventilation, and felt uncomfortable. For around IDR 1.6 million per night, this hotel was definitely not worth the price, especially when compared with other hotels in Hong Kong at a similar rate. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and lack of assistance from the staff and manager. When we asked for a reasonable solution regarding our room, instead of trying to help, they seemed completely uninterested and unwilling to take responsibility or offer any meaningful solution. This was by far the most disappointing part of our stay. Cleanliness was also a serious concern. We developed itchy bumps on our bodies, which made us concerned about possible dust mites or the cleanliness of the bedding. Although the room was supposedly cleaned every day, it did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and bed cover did not appear to have been changed during our 4-night stay. For the price we paid, the facilities were also very disappointing. There were virtually no amenities in the room, drinking water was only available at the lobby despite our room being quite far away, and the shower water pressure was extremely weak. The only positive thing is the location, as the hotel is conveniently located near the MTR. Overall, we expected much more for the price we paid. A convenient location cannot compensate for poor room conditions, questionable cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and especially unhelpful service. We would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to others expecting reasonable value for their money.
The check-in process was efficient. The room on the 10th floor is a little strange facing an multipurpose outdoor sports/play space with a wired cage in front of the room's window. It blocks natural light into the room. The lighting in the room is also insufficient and rather dark even if you turn on all the light. Cleaning service is standard otherwise. The mattress is hard and not comfortable to sleep on. The room appears similar to what's shown on the website otherwise. The water pressure of the shower could be better but not really a problem. The location is good with MTR station within 2 minutes walk which is the best feature of this hotel. The dining options around the hotel can be considered average for Hong Kong. Overall a satisfactory experience without wow factors or complaints.
