A fun hotel with a great history display on the Camel brand thermos & flask. You can also buy those flasks at the reception counter.

The most Lousy hotel i ever experience, after booking do not corporate to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. after staying for two night, no room service at all. Towel no change, even tooth brush doesn't provide additional set for second , third and forth night. If want second set, go down to buy. No even a bottle of water provided. worst of the world. No place to refill, need you to spend money to buy. All and all , bad experience for money paid. When asked, claim is HK law so no room service until only the third day, no need change towel ( and blame the mysterious button in room) , cannot provide water, cannot provide second day 's tooth brush although we pay full amout for four night. Want you to pay $$$ for everything.
The staffs are professional, friendly. Rooms are clean, with dehumidifier, air purifier, in-room safe, small refrigerator. It deserves more stars than it has right now. The vibe are also unique, modified from a decades-old factory.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff regarding parking. My friend dropped me off today and help me unloaded my luggage. So he parked at the hotel parking garage. After he left, I was contacted by the staff member and questioned why we didn’t speak to the front desk before leaving. I explained that my friend had already left with the car, but he was angry and told me he reviewed the CCTV and saw the car parked for over an hour. If they were watching on CCTV the whole time, I don’t understand why no one informed us immediately that parking wasn’t allowed. He insisted that parking was only available for monthly guests (no sign posted regarding who are not allowed to park) and said I would be charged a HKD $200 penalty (no warning sign posted regarding fees or penalties) and asked if I would like to pay for my friend, despite the fact that there were no signs in the garage indicating that parking is restricted, and no posted fees. It felt normal for one to assume that the parking garage was available for all hotel guests. If parking wasn’t allowed, staff could have simply approached us when we first parked and explained the policy politely. And we would have happily complied. I found it very rude and disrespectful for them to speak to their guest with such unfounded authority despite their lack of clear communication. The entire conversation felt accusatory and unnecessarily hostile. After venting his frustration, he said he would let it go “this time,” but would penalize me next time—then abruptly hung up. I have never stayed at a hotel where a guest is so disrespected. It feels terrible to be a guest here.
Big room, comfortable bed, nice shower. I’m not sure about location because this trip I travelled by tour agent bus. However, the room is so humid. Also there is lots of mould on the ceiling. (Not sure why). But the hotel try to make fresh air by putting air filters in the room and along the walkway.
