The hotel enjoys an excellent location, close to all essential amenities and within easy reach of Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, making it particularly convenient for travelers taking high-speed trains to Mainland China. It is also just a short distance from Nathan Road, one of Hong Kong’s most vibrant and bustling streets, lively both day and night. A taxi stand is conveniently located right outside the main entrance, making transportation quick and hassle-free. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and of a reasonable size. The housekeeping staff are friendly, attentive, and meticulous in their work, ensuring that rooms remain spotless throughout the stay. The main lobby is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant first impression for guests. One noticeable change is that the complimentary beverages previously offered, including bottled water, fruit juices, and soft drinks, have been discontinued and replaced by vending machines. While this provides guests with a wider range of choices, it is a less generous arrangement than the former complimentary service.

Quite a centralized location in Hong Kong. It worked perfectly for my trip as everything was within walking distance or a short 10-15min train ride from here. Room was clean. Proper washroom with supplied towels, soap, shampoo, body wash. AC was great and at your control. Mini fridge was proper and kept drinks cold. Highly recommend.
Basic hotel (Travel Lodge/Premier Inn standard of room). If you're lucky (and you are staying on a high-up floor), then you might get a great view of the Bay - which is very cool at sunrise and sunset. The single biggest WIN is that it is walking distance to Kowloon West station - for high speed trains into mainland China. If you are flying in on Monday and need to get to mainland China the day after - then BP it's the perfect place to spend the night. You can walk down to the Station station in the evening have a chat with them about which ticket is best for your journey the next day - all very easy.
We have stayed here a couple of times now and we chose BP mainly for the location. It is located near all amenities but also conveniently tucked away ever so slightly to avoid the hustle and bustle of Nathan road. There is a Cafe de coral right infront of the hotel (for breakfast) and a dedicated taxi rank Infront of the main doors. The rooms are decent size and comfortable. They are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff are friendly. Invariably it's a busy hotel so front of house is always busy. If I were to suggest any improvements to them, I would say ensure the front of house are more welcoming and friendly and to invest in renovation. The hotel is starting to show it's age. I also noticed that it has cut free water, juice and soft drinks that it used to provide daily. This was a very nice little gesture that probably didn't/doesn't cost the hotel a lot.
We had our early arrival in hongkong and expecting to be checked if ever early, but it's okay since the checked in time is 3pm. The promised they made to us is as early as 2:15pm. Then we went out for a lunch at nearest mcdonalds and decided to go back 2:30pm to give them more time for the room to be available. Then when we went back, unfortunately, the room was not available and given us a complimentary drink until our room is ready 3pm. And again we gave them a lot time to prepare our room and inquire again for our room around 3:15pm. But to our dismay, out of three rooms we booked, 2 rooms are the only ones available and we need to wait again another 30 minutes. Then we waited again 30 minutes, and after 30 minutes, we went back to the reception and again another 40 minutes!, it seems they don't have enough staff cleaners to clean. That was the first day. But the second day, we recieved a letter from the manager and he wants us to see him, but we are busy going out and making most of our time and days enjoying hongkong. And fast forward, on our checkout, we didn't know the manager was trying to look for us but eventually, the manager spoke to my sister ( who's under her name) and offer us a free lunch buffet for the bad situation happened. We don't expect anything in return but the good offer from the manager is a sign that they take seriously their guest and my family appreciate it so much. Even when we are about to go, the manager was very much accomodating to my sister and us to let us know if ee would be coming back to BP international. Thumbs up to the manager who take cares of there guest.
