Used this company for a private transfer from my hotel in Hoi An to the Da Nang airport. They communicated before the booking on the pickup time and location. Showed up 5 mins early loaded and unloaded my bags . Great job

I had a very good experience with Hoi An Express. The driver was already at the meeting point when I stepped out of the airport with my luggage and he kindly helped me with my suitcases. The car was clean and comfortable and it was a very nice ride to my hotel. The driver was polite, helpful and friendly as he transported me safely to my hotel; I would use this service again.
With my girlfriend we traveled from France to DA NANG, we were directly at the exit of the airport by our driver who was waiting for us with our prenoms written on a sign to recognize him. So we got into an air-conditioned and very clean minibus and dropped us off directly at our address indicated in HOI AN ! In particular, I would like to thank the Hoi An Express agency for organizing the transport. I recommend it!
Do not book. Terrible company. A 25 minute transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An takes 90 minutes. On the first trip, our driver was texting the whole time, swerving between lanes like a drunken fool. We had to tell him to put his phone down and watch the road. And on the return trip, our trip from Hoi An to Da Nang decided to go (completely out of the way) by the airport and pick up more passengers before going back into town. Outrageously unprofessional, a very poor experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We arrange for a private car to pick us up at Da Nang airport and take us to Hoi An. They waited for us at the airport with our name on a sign. The private car was a nice way to relax after our flight. The only way to go!!!!
First of all, just want to say that we had a seamless and really wonderful experience using Hoi An express (booked through getyourguide.com). That's why we decided to use them again from Hoi An to Da Nang instead of the hotel car transport. Booking online was fast and efficient. They were responsive in replying to e-mails. On the day of departure, the driver was nowhere to be seen. We called the office and nobody seemed to know about our booking. Panic was setting in when we found that the driver was at the hotel lobby but made no attempt to ask anybody at lobby if they had booked the transfer NOR did he have any signs to indicate he was driver for Hoi An express. It was horrible service and it scared the daylights out of us that we might have a delay in getting to the airport. Hoi An Express really need to train their drivers a lot better.

Tôi đặt xe nhưng họ đón quá muộn tôi cũng đã tính là cho họ đón khách nên có trừ hao 30 phút nhưng quá lâu họ đến muộn và còn đón sai địa điểm.Gọi điện cho lái xe anh ta bảo là sẽ không đón tôi nữa, thái độ văng tục chửi bậy. Tôi phải chuyển sang đi bằng xe taxi để đi sân bay. Gọi về trung tâm họ bảo lái xe đón nhiều khách nên hơi nóng. Lái xe không biết đường yêu cầu khách phải đi bộ ra chỗ cho họ đón dễ đón tôi đồng ý nhưng cũng không đón. Quá tồi tệ không bao giờ tôi tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ nữa.
We used the flight from Danang Airport to Hoi An Hostel. Having taken up the connection flight time on that day, I sent an email asking you to leave a little earlier than the scheduled time, and I was glad to have confirmed / responded immediately. The chief came out and waited, and he was very friendly and good at driving. Going out of the airport and relaxing with the taxi driver and doing whatever, I think I booked and went well. Last day when I moved to the Hoyan-Dangan Hotel, I used a regular taxi, which was much more than the money I paid for Hoyan Express. Next time I go, I want to use it as a backpack.
