I had a great experience with Venus Travel on the Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge tour. Everything was well organized from the pickup in Hoi An, and the day ran smoothly without feeling stressful. The Golden Bridge is definitely the highlight and even more impressive in person, but I also really enjoyed the cable car ride, the mountain scenery and having enough time to explore Ba Na Hills. The guide was friendly, attentive and made sure the group knew where to meet and what was happening throughout the day. It was a long day, but absolutely worth it. A very convenient way to visit Ba Na Hills from Hoi An without having to organize transportation and tickets yourself. I would happily recommend Venus Travel.

A fantastic tour with a fantastic guide who was very informative from the history of Da Nang up to the current day including the days tour of Bha Na Hills. The cable car ride and Golden Hands Bridge and Sun Mountain were great. A great day Better than expected

We went to Ba na Hills with Mr Bean from Englad. Bean was the best guide we've had, he went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great experience. We had some challenges along the way but Bean was able to accommodate for all of us. I recommend booking your tour with him you'll really enjoy the experience

Booked this at a tour place in ho chi minh, and highly recommend! Our tour guide Tien was awesome and really jolly and hospitable toward our group. He went above and beyond and was really chatty and seemed passionate about his job. Furthermore he ensured that everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time at Ba Na Hills. Super funny too :) Ba na hills itself was a great experience, if you go I would recommend you ride the alpine coaster, which isnt scary at all for those wondering as you can control how fast or slow you go. Only negative takeaway would be large crowds however thats a given as Ba Na Hills is quite a popular tourist destination, especially at this time of year. Overall would recommend! If you can request Tien as your tour guide, you wont regret it! Also big ups to the kawaii bee big W for ba na hills team 🫰 ps to the religious lads there is a pagoda up in ba na hills which has great views and a large buddha

Well worth a visit ! The theme park is so big ! Still a great deal of construction happening in the theme park, but just the experience of the scale of dynamics was amazing . The cable car is so amazing.. it was constructed so well! It is so dynamic on the scale of work that the Vietnamese achieve ! The gardens were beautiful , the Golden Bridge Hands were so unique with the intensity of the meaning, as well as the development of the construction . Well worth a visit just to see the grandness of the park , plus the climate is cooler and appreciative whilst experiencing the park .

First of all, I would not visit Ba Na Hills without a guide. Our guide Sherlock knew exactly where to go. On our own, we would have been lost because there is so much to see. Our ticket included lunch, and the buffet had many options. Sherlock let us enjoy everything at our own pace, was informative and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book another tour with Sherlock.

It was great ! I had a wonderfull expérience with mr Bean as a guide ! The ba nha hills tour by it sefl is interesting (and à little weird as a french man). But the cheerfullness and energy of our guide made it a great time !

Our tour to Bana Hills from Hoi An was fantastic, largely thanks to our excellent guide, Mr. Bean! The transport was incredibly convenient, with a hotel pick-up right from the Hoian Old Quarter. Mr. Bean's advice on the weather was spot-on. He accurately predicted an upcoming storm and planned our day accordingly, advising us on spending more or less time at certain attractions. He even secured fast passes for the cable car, which was a lifesaver! We avoided hours of waiting in line, especially crucial with the rain storm hitting, and got down the mountain efficiently right as the storm calmed down. We managed to see pretty much everything Bana Hills has to offer. Mr. Bean also helped us find a fantastic buffet restaurant that wasn't too crowded and served delicious food. He was also super helpful and helped us take pictures and recommended certain spot for good photographs. Highly recommend this tour and especially Mr. Bean!

This is an amazing place. Our tour was led by Mr Bean. He was very knowledgeable and helped us avoid the crowds as much as possible. He was also playful and animated. He kept me smiling all day.

I had very pleasant experience with “Venus Travel” for 9 days vietnam tour for my family. Mr. Green Tea was our tour guide in central vietnam. He took ya to Bana Hills, Da Nang tour and Hoi An region. He is very energetic person and accommodate our all needs perfectly. Wonderful day visiting the bana hills, via cable car, Golden bridge, pagoda, gardens, French village, luna castle. Via the train car, Lots of things to do and see. Our guide "Mr Bean from England" made sure we had a great day. Thanks to him for explaining everything and also getting us the wow pass to save time on long queues.

Getting a guide was the key to success for this tour. I would not recommend to explore this destination on your own. Our guide Kevin from Viator knew the ways through the park, could add facts and funny stories, recommended best route considering time we had. His recommendation to invest in Fast track option was also worth any penny (or dong).

Had a wonderful experience with Mr Bean from England. He looked after us well and made sure we didn’t miss an opportunity for a wonderful photo. He prioritised the most important things so we wouldn’t miss out and we had a fantastic, fun-packed day and a wonderful buffet lunch.

Did our own trip to Ba Na Hills. Had a wonderful driver who transported us to the bottom of the hills from Hoi An waited for us for 2 hours then took us back. Great service from Cong Trinh, wonderful experience up in the sky

Tour to Ba Na Hills was fun thanks to our guide Kevin. He has great insights and great sense of humor from. The Golden Bridge is beautiful, the cable car trip is fun and the views are just amazing. And, although we did not enjoy much the rest of the theme park, Kevin knows to show the most beautifult bits of it and makes sure you get best out of the trip.

Fun, guide (Bean) was funny, got us all laughing and joking. We were relaxed and he was full of information.

I have mixed thoughts on this tour. It was private tour so it said to be tailored to our needs. It felt like running after the guide, he skipped the last part of the tour and when we asked him about that ( as we rushed after him and he didnt speak to us much during the walking) he said oh it's too late, I forgot but it wasn't that nice, just the view of the whole place....ummm ok? The place itself is really impressive, I wished we had someone else taking us around or we just went ourselves. We finished the tour bit earlier, he seemed like he was in a hurry somewhere. He was polite and all, but I didn't enjoy the tour to be honest.

We had a great tour of the bridge - Ba Na Hills with Tien. Speaks great English and flexible. He had all the best spots to take photos of us with the golden bridge! Highly recommend booking this tour!

I found a last-minute private tour through a random travel agency in the old town hoi an that I don’t even remember where. Quite lucky, we found Mr. Bean as our tour guide. Very responsive, funny and entertaining. Made our day very pleasant. Did not push for selling anything, but we bought the fast pass for the cable car and definitely a time saver/wise investment for that $10. Mr Bean picked us up from our hotels and shared many fun facts about Vietnam. He also helped us take a lot of nice photos. We were lucky to have clear skies and a clear view of the Golden Bridge. Will definitely come back to spend more time at the Fantasy Park again :)

I highly recommend booking this tour if you’re in Hoi An/Da Nang. There is no hassle at all. You get to be picked up and dropped off at your hotel. Mr. Bean, our tour guide, is very helpful and funny! We get to enjoy the tour because of the nice weather that day and company of other joiners.
