If you’re in Hoi An you must search this place out. Thousands of massage places in town but this is truly a gem. Professional, clean, relaxing and most importantly, effective in relieving tension through their amazing Vietnamese massage. I had 60 mins and was disappointed that I didn’t opt for 90! Worth every cent and will most definitely be back again. Thank you to the staff for your fantastic service.

From the warm welcome to the final cup of tea, everything was perfect. The massage technique was skillful and helped relieve all my tension. The spa is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will definitely come back next time in Hoi An.

My wife enjoyed a 60 minute facial whilst I had a 45 minute body scrub. All the staff were very kind, friendly and attentive and the ambience in the spa was very relaxing and peaceful. The treatments were both excellent and thoroughly refreshing after a busy and action packed holiday in Vietnam!

Ladies were very welcoming and kind. We were served refreshments upon arrival then we were asked to choose our service and asked if we required any special requests regarding injuries. My therapist was very gentle and always asked if I was OK as I had a calf injury. When we finished we were served refreshments once again. What a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back to Rosara Spa when in Vietnam. Thank you Rosara Spa xxx

Great spa service. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. The receptionist was kind and made sure we were looked after. They welcomed us with tea and local coconut biscuits. The massage therapists were accommodating to my needs and always made sure I was comfortable throughout. Honestly the best massages I’ve had! Highly recommend!

I have had a foot massage and a facial and it was amazing! I have never experienced such kindness and feeling of calm in anywhere else before My facial was done by Han and she was so caring during it all. Chanced upon it via Google, as it was near our hotel. Lovely welcome by Ms Thuong, Spa Manager, who explained the various services available. We tried the vietnamese massage and foot massage - the therapists were all very professional and we felt very relaxed after the treatments

Have stayed in Rose Garden Hotel a few times, but never before ventured to Rosara Spa, which is next door. Amazing experience, skilful masseuse. I want to go again.

Everyone was very friendly, the receptionist was always smiling and friendly. She made me feel very welcoming. When doing the massage, the hands of the therapists were amazing, she did know where to press a bit more and where to be more gentle . She was very friendly and very patient with me. I loved everything about the place. At the end they give you some fresh food which is also a nice gesture. Very very happy overall!

Great experience, today it was raining so I tried the spa again and was advised on the upper body service and I decided to do it. It was more than I expected. The staff and receptionist were very enthusiastic, I should try it. okay ❤️

The place is very clean and we were welcomed by a very nice lady. I’m afraid that’s as good as it got. The massage ( reason why we’re were there) was very very average, like it was a first time masseuse. Really was just fluff around effort. I’m totally amazed at its #4 rating because from our experience it’s a long long way from that.

Ms Tien the therapist did a stellar job of the hot stone Tibetan massage. To start I had a foot bath with rose petals, lime and lemon grass. Totally amazing. I highly recommend.

The foot and leg massage was relaxing, and very soothing. When in the heat and walking on your feet all the time. We Forget they have to he pampered.

During my business trip, I had the opportunity to visit Hoi An and tried the hotel's massage service. Everything was great from the staff to the receptionist. The space is beautiful and clean, with a new sauna room. I tried it and hope to have the opportunity. Others will come and continue working.

Lovely spa .. very professional and great ambience. I did the full 90 min spa treatment and it was sensational. Therapist knew what she was doing and I had the option of selecting how hard or soft I wanted the massage. Upon entry I was given a rose petal and lemongrass foot bath and a coconut cookie which adds to the touch and upon finishing I also received the same treatment. Very modern facilities and has been the best massage / spa I have been to thus far in Vietnam

Very nice you get a form where you can check how you want it like hard or soft and type of skin you have. Also for allergies is ok Very sweet too
