A fantastic day out visiting the Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, made all the better by our excellent guide, Owen. Everything was well organised from start to finish. Our pick-up driver was punctual and friendly, and the whole trip ran smoothly. Owen was brilliant! Friendly, knowledgeable and full of interesting information about the history of Mỹ Sơn, the Cham civilisation and the impact of the Vietnam War on the ancient temples. He explained everything clearly, with just the right mix of history and humour, making the whole experience really enjoyable. On the way back, we stopped for a delicious Bánh Mì, which was a lovely touch. Then, to round off the day, we enjoyed a relaxing boat ride along the river into Hoi An. A perfect way to finish a great tour. Excellent value, great organisation and a special mention to Owen for making the day so interesting and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hoi An!
We enjoy the My Son tour with Owen
Had the best time on this half day trip to My Son Sanctuary. Michael, our guide brought so much energy, and was so much fun! Thank you!
I really enjoyed the trip to My Son, and the lunch and boat ride. Sherlock was a great guide, super nice and attentive! Definitely worth it, thanks Sherlock!
We went with Sherlock (he made sure we got great pictures.). It was great experience. We were among the first visitors at My Son. The making of the rice paper and the boat to Hoi an were also fun.
Sherlock helped make our trip memorable and we recommend asking for him by name!
Amazing experience, our best tour yet! Michael is an exceptional tour guide that is full of information, good humour and enery! Would recommend and book again.
The tour guide, Mr. Chau, is great. He shares a lot of information about My Son, as well as some interesting history and fact about Vietnam!
My son sanctuary is very nice. A great Unesco site but hot. Should bring hat in case. In general ; we love the nice expwith chau chau
5/5 experience provided by our guide Ðung. Communication throughout the booking process, pick up, dietary requests and the sanctuary itself was clear, professional and sprinkled with his fun personality. The van was clean, air conditioned and ready with bottled water. We didn’t line up or wait for anything, and Ðung organised the trip to avoid the crowds and visit some places away from the main streets afterwards. The bus driver was safe and got us everywhere on time. Thank you!
It’s very fruitful and enjoyable trip. You won’t regret to join a guided tour if you wanna know more about the fascinating history and stories in My Son. The tour was amazing! Our guide Chau was great the whole trip and gave us a nice history lesson on Vietnam and the sites we visited, we got to learn how to make rice noodles which was also so fun, dinner at the end of the trip was delicious and felt very at home, would recommend this tour to all!
Chau was such a fun, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide! He told us all about Vietnam’s history as well it’s current culture. We learnt so much about Mỹ sơn, which made the tour so much more interesting and enjoyable. The site was so cool to walk around and Chau told us all about the temples and buildings. Part of the tour included making rice paper and having a traditional cooked lunch. Both of these were so enriching and showed us more of the culture. Chau spoke excellent english and answered any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

the travel guide chau is really nice and welcoming, he was funny and had good conversations
Chau was a great guide! He was patient, funny, and generous guide and host for the tour.
When visiting Hoi An, it is well worth the time to visit the ancient Cham Sanctuary complex at My Son. The ruins and restoration work have been ongoing for decades and today you can walk through a number of ruins that can only be described as a trek back in time. Although the temperature the day we went was 102F, the effort was well worth our time. The Cham cultural dance show was also very enjoyable and being the 5th time I have visited the ruins in 20 years I can only say that the experience keeps getting better and better.
Our tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable and also very engaging with a lovely sense of humour.
Very interesting tour and the guide Chau is very informative and helpful! We also went to the home of local people to try local food. Very interesting experience!
