We did the tour with Abby and it was amazing!!! She explained everything very well and was very kind. Really recommend this tour! :)

Itinerary
We will begin our day trip by visiting My Son, the capital and religious center of the former Champa Kingdom, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled in a lush green valley, My Son features dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from the 7th to the 13th century. After exploring this historic site, we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will discover the Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son), meaning “Five Elements Mountains.” Here, you will have the opportunity to explore stunning natural caves and enjoy breathtaking views from the mountain’s summit. The Linh Ung Pagoda, located within the Marble Mountains, has been designated a national historical and cultural site by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. We will also visit Am Phu Cave, where you can experience a replica of “Heaven and Hell.” Listen for the echo of bats’ wings as you contemplate the mysterious pagodas and nearby sculpting village.
Finally, we will head to the Son Tra Peninsula to visit the impressive Son Tra Linh Ung Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Da Nang City, known for its architectural grandeur and serene atmosphere.

We had an unforgettable experience on our tour to My Son Sanctuary, Lady Buddha, and Marble Mountain. The places were absolutely stunning! I loved this tour because everything was perfectly organized — they were very punctual, flexible with photo stops, and gave us enough time to explore each location. Our tour guide Abby was amazing — very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, as was our van driver. I 100% recommend this tour! When I return with my whole family, I’ll definitely do it again.
We had an amazing time with our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the trip. Lunch was delicious and the bus driver always turned up where we needed. Thank you for a fantastic day.
La Siesta Hoi An is amazing from the moment you enter the reception area to the gardens, rooms are all wonderful. The best part is the staff they cannot do enough to make your stay amazing. Mr Mike and Mr Long thank you for making our stay so wonderful, I would also love to thank Lan, Tri Nguyon, Thuong and Ngan you made staying there a pleasure with you wonderful service skills, laughter and friendless we were made welcome. I would also like to say thank you to the cleaning staff as the rooms are spotless. My husband and I are now looking forward to our next trip there. I had read you only need 4 day in Hoi An, well we were there for 15 day and still there was plenty to see and do. Restaurants there are two at La Siesta The Temple and Red Bean also four swimming pools a spa facility it is a total resort. Thank you La Siesta
An adventure-packed day ! My Son is a must-see, it's way more vast than one sees in photos, it's a green Paradise ! Lady Buddha offers a beautiful panorama of the city and Marble Mountain's caves are equally impressive. This experience would not have been the same without our guide Mr. Tom, who took great care of us and answered all of our questions throughout the day.
Pros: Guide was great, My Son Sanctuary is definitely worth seeing. Lunch was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Cons: Marble Mountain was not what I had expected, and was largely forgettable and a slight (but not complete) tourist trap. I would recommend doing the first half only for My Son.
Lac was a great tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and did an excellent tour through all of the spots on the tour. We really enjoyed everything he had to share about the sites and he had a great knowledge of the history of the region and explained the significance of the sites we visited in a really interesting way. The tour was great, lots of walking and very rewarding with some really beautiful spots. Thankfully Lac is an expert panorama photo taker so some really beautiful photos too! Would definitely recommend this tour, was a great way to see some highlights from Hoi An without it feeling chaotic or pressured for time. Really amazing!
We were picked up on time at our hotel by our driver and our guide Luc. We visited Marble Mountains, My Son and Lady Buddha. Luc was very informative and gave us lots of time to wander and take in all the sights. They take you to My Son first which is good as it got really warm very quickly and there isn't much shade there. The communication we had from the company was excellent - they respond very promptly to questions and they amended our schedule with no issues. There are quite a few steps at the Marble Mountains. You will want to be reasonably able bodied and fit to manage these. There is an elevator up the mountain but still many stairs to negotiate while up there.
What a great day trip, far exceeding our expectations & well worth the cost. We cautiously booked the trip online through Trip Advisor based on the itinerary & the reviews. I was not quite sure about the value for money (it was Aus$114 each) and wondered if I could do the sights myself a lot cheaper. But I was happy once we got going in the mini van with our superb guide River and 7 other passengers. River was a great guide, she was happy, confident, full of facts & local knowledge. Our trip to Monkey Mountain, the big pagoda and then the giant white Buddha statue, was great. Then we went to the Marble Mountain & explored the various caves & temples. The caves were massive, cathedral like, with other smaller ones leading off into areas described as descending into hell and others rising up to heaven. River showed us around and explained much of the history of the place. Afterwards we went for a lovely 3 course lunch at the riverfront Brothers Cafe in Hoi An and then drove out into the countryside to the My Son temple complex. The afternoon tour there was extensive & again River was very informative, ensuring we all had the opportunity to ask questions & understand the different style of structures in the history of Vietnam. It was a great 10 hour day tour, full of sights, facts & fun.
I really enjoyed it and I think it’s a great way to have fun I definitely recommend it if you like to climb steps but the views are worth the climb! Young children (9&7) made it too!
We were picked up from our hotel promptly by our guide Huan. Took about an hour to get to My Son Sanctuary to admire the ruins. Followed by a nice lunch back in Hoi An by the Thu Bon river before we headed out to Marble Mountain. Marble Mountain was amazing especially to see how they have these huge statues located inside the mountain. Finally the last stop at Monkey Mountain and Linh Ung pagoda was nice with a great view of Danang city.
We weren’t really sure what to expect from the tour but were blown away by the locations we were taken to. We arrived at My Son sanctuary quite early so at the beginning it was very quiet with hardly anyone else around which was great. Our tour guide Snow was very knowledgable about both the original functions of the different parts of the temples and also the restoration works taking place. We didn’t realise it was a private tour so Snow was able to be very attentive. The included lunch was at Brothers Cafe in Hoi An. It was a wonderful riverside location but unfortunately one of our vegetarian option meals had meat in it, they tried to tell us it was tofu which we were not pleased about. Another dish also had something we suspected was meat. They said it was an accident and I did believe them as it was only a couple of small pieces, but for a place that looks rather expensive (I’ve not paid that much for a coke anywhere in Vietnam before or since!) it’s not really acceptable. The price of the tour was fine so I’d rather they take you somewhere cheaper and have more of the tour fee go to the tour guide. As it was only 2 of us, both vegetarian, there were some amazing veggie restaurants in Hoi An they could have taken us to instead (Minh Hien or Am). After lunch we picked up some other people and went to a marble store then onto Marble Mountain which was completely beyond expectations. The caves and statues were amazing, and some great views from the top. We finished at the lady Buddha statue, another great place with fab views of Da Nang. Overall it was one of the best day tours we’d ever done, and that was mainly because of Snow, she was so friendly and chatty and funny. She knew a lot about everything we saw and was always checking we were okay and making sure we had water (or needed to go to the toilet/happy room!). A lot of other guides know their stuff but just relay facts, but Snow hit the exact right balance between friendly/factual. We’d definitely recommend the tour and if you ask if Snow could be your guide you will have a great day.
We were a family of four travelling for a month and really enjoyed the tour but my biggest issue was the driver who appeared to be in far too much of a rush and even for Vietnamese standards took a lot of risks. Other passengers were also commenting on his lack of safety... Van was incredible with his knowledge and we left knowing far more than when we arrived Would have been full five stars if not for the driver.
Fantastic guide and driver Would recommend to all to visit , especially in the morning and pack your sunscreen
You really get a lot out of this day. All of the stops on this tour are very picturesque and brimming with history. If you are short on time, this would be a really great way to see the “must-see” attractions and the surrounding countryside. Even if you aren’t in a hurry - it’s a really rewarding day. Your tour guide takes care of everything, including entry tickets and transfers. The tour includes a wonderful lunch. Sit down by the river at Brother’s Cafe, surrounded by luxurious gardens and historic buildings. The food was very good and all you need to pay for is drinks. You can select from a number of set menus which all include local Hoi An specialties. There is a lot of walking and even with the elevator, a lot of steps at the Marble Mountains. Walking shoes with good grip would be very useful. The stairs at the Marble Mountains are a little uneven in areas and could be slippery in the wet. Women should be aware that some of the locals may take offence at showing a lot of skin. There is access to sarongs at the Linh Ung pagoda and both men and women will need to use them unless you are wearing longer pants. Only thing I would change is to skip the visit to the marble-goods shop, which seemed like a bit of a distraction from an otherwise fantastic day.
Han our guide picked us up in a mini bus, and we had been expecting a small group so we were delighted to find out we were the only ones on this tour! His English was fantastic and took the time to tell us about the river we were crossing, some of its history, how the farmers worked the fields; honestly we were so impressed, he was a fountain of knowledge and seemed to enjoy sharing it with us. Han knew so much about My Son that my boyfriend (who had seen My Son already) learned more on this trip than he did on his last. We were taken around the museum first and the displays were explained to us in greater detail (which was skipped on my boyfriend’s previous tour). There was a bit of walking and it was very hot but we were constantly being handed cold water bottles when we were around/in the mini bus and before we went up, and there was a big golf cart type buggy that took us up most of the path. The ruins themselves were beautiful and honestly one of the best things we saw all holiday! There are cafes at the top and live dancing in the style of the Cham people and also some live music with fan dancing. We were driven back to Hoi An for lunch at Brother’s restaurant and had the best meal we had in Hoi An! We chose the menu we wanted before hand and they were able to cater to our request for no seafood (if memory serves there was a tofu veggie option too). Onto marble mountain where you stop off at a marble wares showroom and get out and walk to marble mountain. First stop was the ‘heaven and hell’ cave where you went down narrow stairs to see hell and up narrow, steep stairs to see heaven. Please be careful if you are not very steady on your feet as both staircases are narrow and uneven and in heavens’s case go upwards very steeply with people coming up and down the same stairs (I’ll attach a photo). Then we went up to see the pagoda which was lovely (make sure you are wearing at least knee length shorts/skirts or have something to cover yourself with. I had mid-thigh shorts and a spaghetti strap vest on and had to cover both my shoulders and legs). Han explained more about the different buddhas and some Buddhist stories and was his audial informative self. Last stop was to Da Nang to see the giant Mother Buddha statue and pagoda which had wonderful panoramic views from the peninsula to see Da Nang city and the sea. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was the best tour we did all holiday so please consider it if you want to see My Son and make the most of your time!
We had a great time on our tour. It was a full on day in the heat but Sand was a great guide. He was informative, attentive and friendly. Especially when it came to checking in on us as the afternoon temperatures were upwards of 30 degrees. The lunch was provided was also lovely and route was interesting and engaging. Thank you again, would highly recommend!
My mum and I had a fantastic time! Our tour guide Sang was informative and engaging and really made our experience. Food was great and definitely value for money.
We booked this tour on a whim, and I have to say hands down this was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Our tour guide, Snow, was so knowledgeable and helpful - her English was impeccable. We started at My Son, and learned so much about the history and restoration works underway - which is very impressive. Then, it was lunch at a lovely restaurant followed by Marble Mountain and a visit to the Lady Buddha. Highlight: Marble Mountain - the internal structure and history is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The site itself doesn’t offer much by the way of English translations or information, so a tour guide is essential. Also, you are given bottles of chilled water and wet-wipes so you can cool off when in the car. Could be better: Don’t bother with the visit to the marble store. We learned later much of it is made and imported from China, and it is a hard sell. A saleswoman tried to sell me a jade bangle as a weight loss product - on the plus side, I thought of her up every one of those 500 stairs we climbed in the mountain. Also, don’t feed or approach the monkeys at the Lady Buddha, it’s just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. Things to consider: if you have mobility issues or aren’t comfortable walking up and down flights of stairs maybe this is not the tour for you. You must wear comfortable runners or walking shoes, as our feet were pretty sore by the end of the day. Also, if you wish to enter one of the Buddhist temples, wear pants that cover your legs and wear a t-shirt. In all, please give this tour a go - it’s worth it!
We booked this trip prior to flying to Asia, confirming the pick up details once we had arrived. The trip was very well organised, and our guide (Seng I think, sorry if I have that wrong) was very helpful and informative. They picked us up from the hotel on time and we went to My Son first. The temple complex was very interesting and we were treated to some wonderful dancing by a group of ladies in colourful costume in front of one of the temples. Lunch at a restaurant in Hoi An was included and was delicious (you just pay for your drinks). In the afternoon, with only 4 of us left on the trip (2 ladies had to go back to their hotel as one of them was feeling unwell and the other couple had only booked the morning excursion) we went to the marble mountains. You go up the first part in a lift but do be warned that in order to get to the top of the mountain and the best view, the track gets ever more treacherous and slippy (it really is marble!!). The views were magnificent and the temples and pagodas well worth seeing. All in all I would recommend this trip, but to get the best from it, you do need to have a reasonable level of fitness.
We loved this trip. Possibly one of the best we have done in Vietnam. Our expectations were quite low as we have seen so many temples and thought it would be more of the same. Snow was a great guide, so friendly and fun. The scenery was stunning. Lunch was excellent too. A really idyllic location at Brother's Cafe. Marble Mountain was a surprise as there was so much to see. Be ready for plenty of walking. My Son was very very hot so be prepared to sweat! At the end of the day we went to Monkey Mountain too which was an added bonus. Fantastic value for money.
Ok our guide was knowledgable and friendly with laughs all throughout the day he really got everyone’s attention. If you do this trip ensure that you have sensible foot wear as there’s a lot of walking involved throughout the day along with sunscreen and perhaps a hat
The tour was well organised and the guide gave a good amount of information on all the sites visited. The tour included lunch and 3 site destinations well worth the money.
We would recommend this trip. There was only 2 of us on this tour. It was very interesting and loads of fun.
We were picked up on time by our guide Sang and our driver . There was one other couple who joined us for My Son Sanctuary. It was any easy going and informative morning. Sang was very personable and spoke English very well. Lunch back in a Hoi An restaurant was tasty and the service was great. We felt spoilt during the afternoon as the couple with us in the morning did not stay on. We thoroughly enjoyed our few hours at the Pagodas in Da Nang and Marble Mountain. The only part of the tour we did not enjoy was the visit to a marble sculpting business prior to going up Marble Mountain. It seemed out of keeping with the friendly informative day that Sang offered and I would encourage the tour operator to drop it from their itinerary .
Very pleased that my mother and I took the ‘My Son & Marble Mountain’ day trip with the company ‘Hoi An Express’ as it turned out to be a great highlight of our trip to Da Nang Vietnam. Our guide ‘Dat’ and driver ‘Mr. Sun’ was at our hotel by 6:55 am to pick us up, which is quite a bit earlier than advertised. However, this actually turned out to be a good thing as we were always arriving at the scenic spots ahead of the crowds. My Son sanctuary is about an hour’s drive from Da Nang, and the road is full of people on mopeds and bikes, which can make for a nerve wracking experience! It was quite a wet, rainy and super humid day (October 2018) so we missed a dance show at My Son but it was not a problem since the temple ruins and steamy jungle backdrop are very intriguing. Our guide was keen to share his knowledge of the ‘Cham’ people and their history and it was fascinating to go inside the temples and walk around the grounds. He gave us enough time to take pictures and walk around by ourselves before taking us to the next scenic spot. We also had lunch at the ‘Blue Whale’ restaurant back in Da Nang, which was really good. The spicy salad an prawn crackers were the stand out dishes for us. The 2nd stop on the tour and the Lady Buddha statue was very busy with other tour groups and it was difficult to walk around without getting into someone else’s photo! The last stop at Marble Mountain was great though, even though as it turns out it was only 5-10 mins walk from our hotel in Da Nang. It is a strange mix mash of temples, caves, statues and many, many steps! Be very careful if visiting during a wet day as the steps become very slippery. My Mum found it hard walking down the uneven steps on the way out. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Nang. It finishes quite early by 3:00 pm which still leaves plenty of time to do other things in the evening but felt long enough to have a taste of Vietnam.
Firstly the trip is a great way to be able to get in the sights around Danang/Hoi An. We were taken to the lady Buddha, marble mountain and My Son. My main issue lay with the tour guide. We felt very rushed around each sight. Our group was small (4 people), however the guide chose to speak quietly while walking so unless you were right next to her you were unaware that any information was being passed on and even then it was a struggle to hear. Unfortunately this let the tour down. A different guide could have made this an excellent tour rather than just a mode of transport.
What a exciting day. We were picked up early from our hotel by our guide and driven with 6 others to My son through the townships of Ho An and Da Nang. We arrived and caught the small train to the ruins of this amazing place. Our guide explained the significance of the site and we explored the insides of the many temples. We had plenty of time for our photos and then had a long walk back to the little train that took us back to our bus. As we had booked the whole day tour and the others with us only a half day we drove back into town to drop them off. We then went into Ho An and walked to our restaurant for a delicious lunch. The menu had already been selected the day beforebyanemail so it was ready for us when we arrived so no time was wasted. We then walked back to the bus and were taken to Marble Mountain after a brief stop at a marble factory. Here we viewed avast amount of marble statues for sale. Arriving at marble mountain we were taken in a lift to a higher section however there were many steps to climb to the top of the mountain. Great caves to view then a very steep decent to the bottom. I had great diffycoming down and my daughters needed to assist me down as the marble is very slippery. I was exhausted by this time as it was very hot. Next onto the Big very tall Buddha on to of monkey mountain. Great views but no monkeys. Back to the resort through the streets of Da nang. It was an amazing day however there was no mention of the fitness level required for this tour non the amount of steps that you need to climb. I really enjoyed this day but the overview needs to be revised.
Guide Tran Dang Khoa was knowledgeable very courteous and attentive. Magic mountain was breathtaking and a must see. We also saw the lady buddha on monkey mountain then headed back to Hoi An for lunch at Blue Whale - fabulous. The drive to My Son through countryside was another treat. A great tour, highly recommend it.
A really interesting place to visit and explore. Our hotel recommended we show ourselves around and I am glad we did this. They arrange a car to take us and wait for us as we spend just under 2 hours there. We arrived at 8.20 and this was definitely a good idea as it was so quiet. It was really busy as we left with lots of tours arriving around 9.30/10.
This day tour is well worth the time. Going to the Lady Buddha and the Marble Mountain are easy, but getting to My Son Sanctuary in the afternoon makes this tour shine. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. She had a tough accent to navigate, but she was pleasant and attentive. It rained in the mountains, but the Champa dancers more than made up for it. Highly recommended; Hoi An Express did a very nice job. Also, a comfortable van is important since My Son is about 70 Km from Da Nang beach area.
Had the pleasure of getting a tour with guide Khoa who was funny and kind, and shared alot of information about Vietnam in general, but also My Son and the marble mountains. After the tour of these two, we drove to the monkey mountains, where the big lady Buddha is watching over the fishermen. We also got a glimpse of the monkeys (who usually hide from all the tourists). I was supposed to go with a friend who got sick, so Khoa also made sure that I got the right pictures for her to see when I got back. Very pleased with this trip.
Our guide Key picked us up at the hotel with a smile and off we went in a minibus. Only two more couples went along so we were well taken care of by our guide. First the tallest lady Buddha on the planet, lots of information and we also got to see the monkeys. Then on to the Marble mountain. A lift to the top and then a guided tour on and into the caves. Very hot and good exersise. Next a very tasty and delicious lunch at the blue whale. Finally an hour drive to My Son sanctuary. Impressive site in the jungle with quite a history. Our guide Key gave us a lot of information and did it with a lot of fun facts, we loved him. Choose this trip and get value for money! Highly recommended!
Myself and my boyfriend took the full day trip to My Son, Marble Mountain And Monkey Mountain including lunch was around £40 each (1,220,000 VND). Tam was so informative and kind enough to take photos for us at each of the sites. The temples were amazing and loved learning about Hinduism and Buddhism. The van was fully equipped with air con and we were given free bottles of water also. Lunch was also delicious with a fantastic sea view at the Blue Whale restaraunt in Danang. Thanks again Tam you were fantastic :-) Emily and Stuart xxx
Went early in the morning... friendly stray dogs greets us... the guide who brought us there was humorous and informative
Booked this tour eager to experience some of the religious and cultural history of the area around Hoi An and De Nang, and was not disappointed. We were picked up from our hotel on time - an early start at around 7:30am - and then driven out to the My Son site, with our guide giving us a good historical tidbits (in fairly strong English) as we travelled out over the course of an hour, answering our questions and providing good company. The tour at My Son was an amazing experience, taking in the temples, shrines, ruins and history of the area, as well as a performance by some traditional dancers. (A warning to fellow travellers - it was HOT with not much shade! Make sure you take proper sun protection and extra water!) Following this we drove back into Hoi An, and had a magnificent lunch at a local restaurant (Both my partner and I agreed that, in our entire week in Hoi An, this was our favourite meal, as a matter of fact) Following lunch, we were driven up to De Nang, towards Marble Mountain, first stopping at a large marble workshop/salesroom. This was the only real blemish of the day as we were "abandoned" by our tour guide for half an hour and had to navigate through the large showroom and sales area, being shameless hounded by sales staff! A minor inconvenience, and some more communication on this from our guide would have been welcome (We would have gladly skipped over this step, as we were touring and eager to start the Marble Mountain tour) but perhaps there was a miscommunication or a misunderstanding. Following this was the tour of Marble Mountain itself, and the caves underneath it, which were utterly magnificent. Again, as at My Son, our guide was informative and gave us a fantastic tour. This was my favourite part of the day, and my week in Hoi An in general. And the time spent in the cool underground was a welcome respite from the heat! Be warned there was a lot of climbing and descending stairs, and although well worth it, this took a lot out of us, after the extreme heat of the morning. We thought this was the conclusion of the tour, but following this, we drove up north of De Nang to visit the giant Bodhisattva statue overlooking De Nang. We were not aware this was a part of the tour, and were unsure if it was always part of the package, or tacked on because there was extra time? Either way it was a lovely experience, and the statue is an extremely impressive site (taller than Christ the Redeemer in Rio, or the Statue of Liberty in NY) However, by now it was nearly 6pm, and it had been an extremely long and exhausting day - almost too long! I'm in my early 30's, a runner, and very fit, but it had nearly ruined me! Older tourists might want to consider seperate yours to each of these sites - I'd only recommend this tour for those who are keen and able for a FULL day, but if you have the energy, it was absolutely worth it, and fantastic value for money considering.
We travelled to My Son from Hoi An in a small group of 8. My Son is an amazing historic site and well worth seeing. The history is very interesting as it is actually older than Angkor Wat. Sadly a lot of it was destroyed during the Vietnam War but there are still significant remains there. It brings it all sadly into perspective about the war when you have to keep to the paths because of the thousands of still unexploded landmines around Vietnam which they are slowly clearing over many years. The only bad thing I would say was it is was incredibly hot at My Son. It was about 44 degrees and very humid. Maybe not the best time to go in May but it was hot and humid everywhere else as well. Marble Mountain was beautiful as well with amazing caves with buddhas carved from the mountain itself all in one piece. Well worth seeing as well and the views from the top are beautiful looking over Danang.
We were collected early and on time for our full day tour. We were joined by 2 Korean girls for the morning half of the tour and the rest of the day we had our guide to ourselves! Bao our guide was great. He had excellent English, knowledge and a sense of humour! Particularly when the Korean girls told us they were going to Hanoi by taxi the next day! A trip of about 900kms but they actually meant Hoi An a trip of half an hour!! Lunch was overlooking the beach and up to Lady Buddha which we then visited in the afternoon before then going to Marble Mountain. Bao was courteous and offered to take photos along the way. He has been a guide for some years and his experience shows. He obviously enjoys his job. Thank you again for a great day. We would highly recommend this tour.
I booked this tour as it combined My Son and Marble Mountain in its itinerary unlike many others that don't, but my friends and I were greatly disappointed. Our experience was marred mainly by the low quality of the guide. He could only speak very basic English, and was not at all knowledgeable of the places we visited. We would have loved to learn about the rich history of the sanctuary but no explanation was given at all. And we asked questions about some religious relics in the caves at the marble mountain, he was clueless and replied "I don't know". A fellow tour member from an European city said she could not understand a single word the guide said. Lunch was slightly below average in taste but the lovely seaside location was an offset. Despite his polite demeanor and attentive service at lunch, the lack of professional training of the guide was a huge let down and made us felt that the tour was a complete waste.
Full day but well worth it. My Son was very interesting lunch at the beach-side restaurant good. Visit to Lady Buddah was exceptional, and topped off by a visit to Marble Moutain. Very knowledgable guide.
My son is a good place for you to discover when you come to Danang. It is far from Danang city but the transportation is so advantage. It is religious and political capital the Champa Kingdom
A fantastic day tour, perfect way to see some of the culture sites of the area. Both the My Son relics and the Marble Mountains had amazing sights to offer even on a not so sunny day. Our tour guide, Key, was helpful and very knowledgeable about all the areas as well as the regions we drove through. Would highly recommend this tour as everythings planned for you, all you need to do is get on the bus.

A nice way to the spend the day in Hoi An. If you aren't into My Son, or have seen that stuff before, Marble Mountain is still a must do. Great views from atop the mountain, and the caves are fantastic.

The first half of our tour was My Son, which was interesting and the ruins quite impressive although we felt this part of the day was a bit rushed and could have been better. The latter part of the day was Marble Mountain which was fantastic although climbing the mountain was quite physically challenging. First we visited the local marble retailer/carving workshop which was amazing. The range of marble statues was mind-blowing! I suggest though you compare prices locally in Hoi An before you buy too much as I saw many of the items I bough cheaper elsewhere later. The Marble Buddha on the mountain is beautiful and the climb up to this point is fine. Our guide didn't warn us that we were going to climb through a small cavern with steep marble rocks to reach Heavens Gate. The climb was difficult and slippery with no actual stairs and coming back down not much better for someone middle aged and with a bad knee. I enjoyed Marble mountain immensely but would probably have thought twice about the climb through the cave if I had known beforehand.

It was a beautiful and pleasant experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of knowledge. He explained many things to us, in simple and understandable English. Lunch was rich and delicious.
We chose this tour because you can visit both places in one day. So far so good. 1. Hotel pickup okay everything worked. After that we drove around forever to collect more people in the most distant hotels. At least an hour. Arriving at the mountains we were very quickly chased away. Hardly time for everything. English was incredibly difficult to understand. Other tours have always had very good English speaking guides. After that we would be spit out at a marble tourist shop for 30 minutes. I would have preferred to spend that time on the mountain. 2. Lunch. For lunch we went to some village and there was a small piece of pork with rice and soy sauce, as well as a mini banana. Drinks were extra. Food was okay could have been better. 2. Now we would be separated into people who had to go back to their hotels and who continued to my son. We're back forever collecting rum and unloading some. 3. My son. Finally, the entrance had to be paid. It was also in the description was okay. Our new guide knew much better English and knew where he was talking about it. My son. It's okay. But you don't have to look at it. The marble mountains are not to be missed. All in all, the tour took too much time to pick up people or wait pointlessly in the tourishop until it finally continues. Better take the bus and watch it without a guide. Details about the story can also be Googled.
