Hoi An Bike Tour Duck Organic Farm Basket Boat Buffalo

Great way to explore around Hoi An. This tour covers lots of activities, and I especially liked being able to get so close to a water buffalo. Biking down little streets past shrimp farms and rice paddies was very relaxing! Our guide was knowledgable made getting to and from the tour very easy :)

Man’s bicycle tour through the more rural areas of HoiAn was great fun. He gave us very thorough instruction on bicycling safely. It didn’t feel rushed at all and we had plenty of time to really experience each of the stops. I would highly recommend this activity if you want to get out of the traffic and general busyness of the city.

Our guide, Man and his colleague Hai met our group at our hotel at 8am for a 4 hour tour - after a well described safety briefing we set off through country roads and alley ways before heading down quiet river lined tracks with so much to see. First stop was at a waterside tea house where we snacked on tea and candied coconut before embarking two by two with a paddler in a traditional basket boat. After a spinning exhibition in the Boats we headed upstream for a tranquil 15 minute paddle. Upon returning to the tea house we alighted on our bikes for a further 20 minutes before arriving at a quaint coffee shop overlooking rice paddies where we enjoyed a variety of beverages on offer. Off again for another 20 or so minutes through paddies and shrimp ponds to a market garden where we learnt about the organic methods of the local producers. It was a short ride back to our hotel through the rice paddies where we arrived right on schedule, fitter and wiser to the culture of this interesting part of Vietnam. Highly recommended.

Really informative, a must for anyone visiting Hoi An

Although very warm we were very well catered for with water stops under trees. Bamboo boat stop had a refreshing cold tea and freshly dried coconut strips. Highlight was meeting a buffalo and the duck farm. Wonderful young man Hai was our guide.

Highly recommend this bike tour our guide Hai was very knowledgeable and nice. The bike ride was flat and easy and we got to see the duck farm, buffalo’s, go on a coconut boat ride and interact with the local farmers.

We had such a fun morning cycling with Hai. We cycled throughout the vegetable farms and got to experience and learn so many new things along the way. Definitely recommend doing this tour!

This tour was lots of fun even though it poured down rain. Don was a great tour guide... he was informative and his English was amazing. He was easy to chat to and a very careful driver!

Had such an amazing time on this tour! 🩷 The ducks were adorable, riding the water buffalo was such a unique experience, and seeing the beautiful traditional gardens gave us a real glimpse into local life. The round basket boats were so much fun (lots of laughs!), and the bike ride through the countryside was the perfect way to take it all in. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!

One of our favourite tours! The tour guides were lovely and the actual activities were super fun! Never thought the ducks would be worth it and they landed up being super fun! It's also alright if you're not a great bike rider- guides were very patient.

We had such a great day! Man picked us up and took us on such an adventure. We bike rode through so many little villages and rice fields. The kids (7-14 years old) loved it too. We t to the duck farm which was sooo much fun. Everyone loved it. Went on a buffalo and coconut boats followed by a delicious lunch. Would highly recommend.

Great experience, very informative

Big boss the man came and picked us up in his van and we went for a cruise in the nam. The duckies were cute watch the poop or your toes will scoop. We then saw the buffalo it wasn’t fast but slow even went for a row don’t be scared just go 🫡

A fantastic tour with a fun and knowledgeable guide, Man. The only issue was that the tour was scheduled for four hours, but lasted six. Totally threw out my plans! But overall it was great - watch out for ducks!

This tour was wonderful! We visited a beautiful vegetable farm and then cycled to the infamous Duck Leader farm which was so much fun! The scenery when cycling was absolutely stunning. We then went on the coconut boats and the men rowing were very funny. We then cycled back to the starting point. I highly recommend this tour, it was something I won’t ever forget. Thank you Man (our tour guide)!

Sonny was fantastic. We cycled at a leisurely pace. Really loved riding a buffalo, and the banboo boat. But the highlight was a duck leader. Great fun. Indelible memories made. Great experience enhanced by sonny. A 1st class guide.

This bike tour was so memorable. The veggie farm was amazing to see all the ingredients being grown that make the food so good. Then I was ridiculously happy with the duck farm experience. It was super fun to travel around bike paths through areas you may not have seen. I was the only one on the tour-but Man did a great job making sure It was enjoyable. He even brought me a Banh Mi to my hotel after.

I enjoyed it a lot, Kien knew all the quiet roads and led a very safe ride. We had a great chat about anything and everything, he was super flexible, I took plenty of pictures and he showed me cool spots along the way. Would do it again!

Everything been really wonderful! The farming tour, bamboo basket spinning and all the little stops along the way have been great. Half our group was unfortunately unable to cycle, but an electric cart was made available for us to share, which has been super helpful. Coffee stop along the way had a great selection of drinks that came free with our tour booking. I would totally book again with my next visit!

Took the tour as a solo traveler. The views were great, and the course was not difficult. It included buffalo riding, round boat and also lunch. The food was great. I would recommend it!

Man is a great tour guide and we had great fun on the tour. He was very attentive to the abilities of the group everyone was catered for. The snacks and drinks along the way were delicious and his local knowledge made the morning very interesting He kept to the smaller roads and we felt really safe, even when crossing bigger ones. The basket boats were amazing. Make sure you do the spinning in them, even if you think you ll get dizzy! A great cycle and highly recommended

Fantastic day to spend the morning cruising around the little towns around Hoi An. Expect some surprises along the way. Our tour guide Kien was great.
