Absolutely amazing tour and tour guide. Cham Cham was incredibly knowledgeable of the Hoi An area and got to show my wife and I the beautiful countryside. From catching crabs out of a basket boat to riding a water buffalo, this tour has it all; Cham Cham is very passionate about these tours and will make sure everyone is enjoying their time—he will also ensure you leave with good photos of you and your group. Would do again and would highly recommend to everyone! 6/5 stars!

I would recommend this experience to everyone! Cham Cham was knowledgeable & made sure we had a great experience. The scenery was beautiful & the food was some of the best we have had here. This tour is well worth it!
The best and most genuine local tour I've had in Vietnam so far, especially because the guide, Vincent, was just fantastic! He was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and made sure that I was always safe and comfortable. And best of all, he was always ready to answer my questions and tell me about local culture. The bike tour was relaxing and a lot of fun, without rushing, which I appreciated. We cruised through beautiful rural areas, with a couple of stops for resting and cold sugar cane juice. The basket boat trip surrounded by water coconut trees and a bit of crab fishing were also a lot of fun. The place was crowded with tourist boats but that's unavoidable this time of the year. The tour ended with a lunch of delicious Cau Lau at a small local place. Highly recommended tour to experience a slice of rural Vietnam at a relaxing pace.

We had heard about Cham Cham Travel from another family’s blog, and were definitely not disappointed with the suggestion. From the get go, when I reached out to Vincent through Watsapp he was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to our family of four with two young children. We asked for a semi-customized tour around Hoi An that incorporated aspects of a previous tour featured on Cham Cham’s website that included aspects of Hoi An daily life. We began the day with Vincent personally picking us up from our hotel with big smiles and a great positive energy to start the day. Vincent treated us to some traditional Vietnamese coffee before we headed over to the pottery village to try our hand at cup and bowl making. We carried on after that to sample some local rice crackers (the kids had a blast smashing the big sheets), and then to the rice paddies where a water buffalo was waiting for us! It was a real experience sitting bareback on the huge animal, and we were amazed our two year old wasn’t intimidated at all. After that it was on to ride the famous Hoi An coconut boats. Vincent had already pre-arranged two lovely boatsmen for us so there was no need to haggle. We had a great time paddling downriver through the dense nipah palm trees and were even offered to do some fishing for small crabs hiding inside the fronds. One word of advice is to make sure you apply ample sunscreen because the entire trip takes almost an hour. There’s also the option to pay extra (VND 100/pax) for the thrilling coconut boat spin. Our fina treat of the day was when Vincent surprisingly invited us back to his home for a homecooked meal by his family. It was fulfilling and absolutely delicious, and we felt it was more meaningful than any restaurant meal that would have been included in any other tour. Hats off to Vincent for planning the perfect day for us. For a very professional and personalised experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vincent’s services to anyone.
The tour guide is very helpful, friendly and informative. The tour was booked last minute but the booking was very smooth. The reply was fast and prompt. The itinerary was refreshing and enjoyable.
We have been on this wonderful tour. Our tour guide Vincent was very nice and knowledgeable showing us around. Especially dinner was super delicious and authentic Vietnamese. This tour is more personal and customized for each person to make sure that we all have a good time. Thanks Vincent for doing a wonderful job!
The tour guide Vincent was very helpful and accommodating. Picked us up punctually and gave a good commentary on rice planting and also organic vegetables farming. Enjoyed the interesting hour long boat ride. Finished the day with a delicious home cooked family meal
We are so grateful to have Vincent as our wonderful tour guide. He planned the itinerary to suit our needs.Though it was a raining season but our family thoroughly enjoyed the basket boat ride especially my children who had so much fun catching fishes in the river. After the boat ride, Vincent took us to his house and we had a lovely home cooked Vietnamese meal (ingredients 80%from his garden ,simply organic !)prepared by his mum n wife. It was indeed a heart warming meal during the raining season! Thank you again to Vincent n family for their hospitality and kindness rendered to us. Highly recommended!
The food prepared by the Vincent family was like a grand feast, filled with dishes that were not only delicious but also made with such care and love. Each dish seemed to tell its own story, and every bite was bursting with flavor, making the meal unforgettable. Their hospitality didn’t stop there. They took us to many wonderful places, including a memorable basket tour. Although the rain came down steadily, it couldn’t dampen our spirits. Instead, it added a unique touch to the day, making it feel like a fun and adventurous outing. One of the most special moments was when Vincent showed us his home garden. It was more than just a garden—it was a peaceful haven full of vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and an incredible variety of fruits and vegetables. The beauty of it all left us speechless, as if we had stepped into a hidden paradise. It was truly a sight to behold and a perfect way to end the day.
Really enjoyed our time with Vincent everything was well planned and well prepared we did not even have to lift a finger and could just leave everything to our wonderful tour guide Vincent. He led us around with utter attentiveness and the whole experience went as planned without a hitch.Impeccable experience 10/10
It is very pleasant to have find a right local guide in Hoi An. It was a fantastic experience. The trip is well planned and very flexible to adjust your changes in plan Not to forget the perk of having Vincent home cooked food which is so heart warming, which probably many of you may not be as fortunate as us to try it. Thanks Vincent for the day TW
5/5 very knowledgeable and showed around very many places. Tour guy is extremely friendly and will be back again. Very much worth it

The Guide was very informative and allowed us to easily understand Hoi An history and culture. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An
Wow Henry provided a brilliant tour of county side around Hoi An. Highlights the vegetable village, ancient tomb, fishing Village and the old brick kiln. We hired motorbikes to do this tour snd highly recommended as the traffic is very light on the roads used.
Nguyen (Henry) is a great your guide, he took us to many local places all over hoi an and was full of knowledge. Me and 5 friends had the best time and learned so much. I will see you next yeah bro!! Much love from Australia bro!!
Such a beautiful experience Vinh made the night so special with some amazing food he brought from his farm really happy and highly recommended
Vincent proved to be an exceptional tour guide, providing us with a rich and immersive experience throughout our journey. His knowledge and enthusiasm shone brightly as he led us to explore the unique basket boats, offering insights into their cultural significance and history. The buffalo ride was a highlight, with Vincent ensuring our safety while making the experience exhilarating and memorable. The farmers' expertise in farming techniques was evident, as they patiently guided us through hands-on activities, making us feel connected to the local traditions. The crabbing expedition was both fun and educational. Overall, Vincent's passion for his craft and dedication to showcasing the region's authentic experiences made our tour unforgettable. Highly recommended!
We brought our young children (age 8, 6 and 4) along for this tour and they enjoyed it a lot! The basket boat was entertaining and the children especially enjoyed the fishing for the crabs and fishes. Being city kids, they finally get to see the effort and time put into preparing food for the table. The home cooked food was awesome too! Vincent and his family was very hospitable and generous. His wife can cook very well! My children were saying that Uncle Vincent was very kind. His wife even brought the children around the garden and introduced them to the plants and fruit trees. Thank you, Vincent, for the tour!
The basket boat ride was really fun. We got to fish from the basket boat using a net and a fishing line. The homemade lunch was simply amazing, everything was so fresh and delicious. All the vegetable we ate, even the rice, was grown by the hosting family!
Very good tour, lovely guide great discover of Hoi An city and area, basket boat was great! i highly recomand It.
It was nice to be able to move around while watching the natural scenery. Recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength as they travel long distances by bicycle. I ate lunch at the restaurant. They take a lot of pictures in a nice place.
It was a very pleasant memory. This is my third trip to Vietnam, I've seen so much on my bike. It was a very good memory. I'm glad to have had such a valuable experience! On the way we met buffaloes 🐃 and dogs 🐕 were also cute! Thank you very much.
