Our guide, Thuy was super lovely and engaging. We had a small group , just our family and another which was really nice. We tried some famous Hoi A dishes such as white rose dumplings and cao lau. The places we went to felt a lot more authentic than your regular touristy places. We really enjoyed the lantern boat experience. Everything was well organised and Thuy called ahead so we didn’t have to wait long especially as it was very busy. She even went out of her way to help us find an ATM and get the other family a car to get back to their hotel. Definitely recommend this tour to others.

To not eat anything before it 😁 Absolutely loved this tour and would recommend anyone travelling to Hoi An to do it. Jackie was fabulous as our tour guide and we didn’t want it to end.

The Evening Walking Food tour with our guide, Emma was a very personable, informative and enjoyable tour. Emma took us to many excellent local cafes and the nine dishes we tasted were very tasty and moreish. My favourite foods were the White Rose Dumplings and the Banh Mi. Also, the Bingo game and the Boat Trip were a lot of fun. I would highly recommend the Tour. Thank you Emma for a great tour and experience!

Our guide Grace was knowledgeable and friendly and told us the back stories on the number of the places that we visited. We went to 5 places and variety of foods that we might not otherwise have found. Be sure to be hungry when the tour starts because there is a lot of food. It was a great way to spend our first night in Hoi An. I highly recommend this tour.

From the moment we met Jacqui she put us at ease and was so friendly and amenable. The food and the history surrounding the particular restaurants and dishes we tried were detailed and meaningful. Needless to say the food was delicious and extraordinary..

Great way to see hoi an and try the speciality food. Lovely food and plenty of it, yum! Finished off with a boat ride along the river and a fun game of bingo. I would really recommend our guide Emma. She was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights into the dishes and Hoi A culture. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Emma is lovely, full of information and very attentive. I have some mobility issues, but she helped with that, walking slower and when I preferred to use a grab bike to meet at next destination she helped with that. Delicious food, and ending with bingo was very entertaining. Highly recommended

This tour was amazing! We booked last minute and got lucky being paired with Emma and another great couple. She took us around Hoi An to some incredible local spots, then we stopped for coffee and tea before wrapping up with a boat ride, lanterns, and bingo. I even won bingo—definitely the cherry on top! Emma also walked us back to our restaurant to meet our driver since our service was pretty spotty, so just a heads up for other travelers to plan ahead. Thank you for making this such a fun and memorable experience! 🤍

This is probably the best food tour I have ever done! The first couple hours we walked around town trying a variety of food all of which were delicious! You also definitely don't need to eat the rest of the night! Then we did the lantern boat ride which were done in small rowboats sitting 3 or 4 people and it included releasing a lantern in the water... I have never seen anything like it before. There were so many lanterns and boats in the water creating a beautiful affect. Finally next to the lantern boats we played an outdoor local bingo game sitting down on mats with many locals too that lasted maybe half an hour and was quite fun and interesting. Our guide Emma was absolutely fantastic too! Overall I can't recommend this activity highly enough! Definitely do this if you are in Hoi An!

This was so much fun! A great way to taste the specialities of Hoi An while meandering the streets and alleyways. Our guide was fantastic, the food delicious and plentiful and ending with the lantern boat ride was the cherry on the top. Highly recommend this tour

Definitely a must do in Hoi An! The food was delicious and the lantern boat and bingo game fun but most of all my family enjoyed our guide, Vu. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about everything and so open to our questions. My family is still talking about how much we enjoyed him.

Quin the quintessential tour guide! We got to see the original family-run factory for rose dumplings, meet the 94 year old man who started family Bahn mi business, have fresh cao Lau and delicious sizzling pancake. Quin drizzled in some history and some current events in Hoi An. We also got to play bingo and go on the boat- would definitely recommend, thank you Quin!

This was the second time I took this tour. Our guide was not as good this time around. Sadly the rain put a damper on some activities like bingo. It was fun but a little lackluster compared to the first time.

Great time eating SO MUCH food, getting to learn about some local history and exploring the streets. Our guide, Emma, was fantastic! The foods chosen were all absolutely delicious. The whole planning of the tour was brilliant - tables ready, niche locations picked out, lots of knowledge about each location and the people running the business. The lantern boat ride was so beautiful and Vietnamese bingo game at the end was something I never would have attempted on my own. So worth it.

I really enjoyed this tour. You get to learn a lot about the old city of Hoi An, we even got to learn about the Chinese influence in the area. I enjoyed the bingo game at the end. I won a lantern. What a fun evening with our tour guide Jackie. She was a joy to be with on this tour. Her knowledge of the food, the places, people and the city was amazing. Not only were the food choices excellent but we also got to play a local "bingo" game and take a ride on a boat to release a lantern into the river. One of the best food tours we have taken (and we do many)!

Jackie was an excellent tour guide. We had some amazing food tastings in various eating establishments across Hoi An. Would definitely recommend this tour with Jackie very informative and such a lovely kind, warm person. We finished with coffee/tea. Then the boat ride to let off a lantern. No queues straight into the boat. A beautiful experience. Don’t hesitate to book.

Jackie is the best guide. She took us to eat at the best local restaurants, away from tourists. She explained the history of the food. She was very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Jackie as the best guide in Hoi An.

Emma took us to several local food spots and we had a variety of great food. Don't eat before the tour as you'll be fed a lot during the trip. She was knowledge about Vietnam and we had a good chat about different things. We played Vietnamese bingo at the end and it was a lot of fun too. I would recommend this trip very much.

Emma was a fantastic guide for the evening. We got to try so many different types of food Hoi An is known for in places I wouldn’t have found on my own. The boat ride was nice and bingo was so different than what we play in the US.

We had a great time with Emma as our guide. She was personable, knowledgeable and the food we had was very tasty. She was quite accommodating and even showed me where to eat a rather unusual dish that was definitely outside the normal fare consumed by tourists
