The driver and guide were 20 minutes early. And waited patiently for me. The driver was a careful and cautious driver. With a very pleasant demeanour. Either he or the guide insisted on opening and closing my door. The car was comfortable. Thủy, the guide spoke excellent English. And she was knowledgeable of Vietnamese history and Buddhism. She also has a keen intellect. The site itself is worth a visit if just for its weirdness. It was initially built for Vietnamese visitors. There are replicas of castles, parts of the Louvre. Greek statues. It was an enjoyable few hours and I learned things. And of course the hands appearing to hold the walking bridge. The gondola rides afford good views as long as the clouds have not rolled in. I intend to book Thủy, and this company for a different trip this fall. Great guide, good company. I first spoke to John who allocated Quyne picked us up, she was right on time at 7am, and her English is excellent. We headed to Ba Na Hills first to beat the crowds, and she organised all our tickets, making the most of our time and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Quyne took all our photos and knew exactly where to position us to get the best shots! We never felt rushed and were able to explore at our own pace, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. After lunch, we headed back down the cable cars before visiting Marble Mountain. Quyne's knowledge of the area and its history is exceptional. She shares the stories of Vietnam's ancestors and culture in such a beautiful and engaging way, bringing the history to life. If you're visiting the area, this trip is an absolute must! Quyne made our day special with her knowledge, organisation, patience and genuine care. We couldn't recommend her highly enough! Our pick was prompt, the car was extremely comfortable and we had a great driver. Queenie was a terrific guide. Being a local she knew so much history and recommended popular places for tourists to visit. The early morning tour was perfect for beating the crowds. Queenie was exceptional at picking great photo opportunities. With her our Ba Na Hills experience was insightful, meaningful and seamless. We had great conversations with her. John, our tour guide and Strong our driver were excellent. They picked us up at the Princess cruise port and took us around the greatest sites of Da Nang, Vietnam. They were very accommodating throughout the day. They even took us to a very reasonable local place to have lunch. I would highly recommend them both for any tour.

The service was excellent, and the tour was completely customisable to suit our small group of four. Horrendous weather however my husband and I laughed so very much . John would be by far one of the very very best tour guides we have ever had . We travel extensively and I doubt I’ve enjoyed a trip so much . He went the extra mile . Took pics of us and made a little video . John is absolutely the best tour guide from the moment we met him his warm and kind personality was lovely felt very comfortable with him, his English is excellent and his knowledge is too of all things Hoi Anh and Ba Na hills. He goes out of his way to make the experience very enjoyable and memorable, he’s a great photographer took all our photos and sent us a short video of all the pictures taken during the tour. Our Guide Brian was excellent he was extremely professional and shared his knowledge of important historical events along with everyday culture and family life. We had a private early morning tour starting at 6.30 which was just perfect they even allowed for a quick local coffee and bakery stop. Ba na hills was simply amazing a wonderland to explore with French and Asian themed gardens. We loved the cable car ride up and back and marvelled at the golden bridge it was incredible. Many photo opportunities and our guide was very accommodating in taking photos for us. Our final stop was the buffet lunch an excellent array of seafood and the freshest Asian cuisine which was simply delicious and great value. We are still talking about our trip it will be a memorable time for a stay in Vietnam.

If your going to book a tour . Stop scrolling when you find John Lee tours . We have a very large group of 17 ( Aussies) with a group our size there is bound to be someone running late to the bus , or someone still in the bathroom. But John just took it in his stride . We couldn't recommend John enough. Thankyou for all you arrange for our family. You went above and beyond.

Ba Na Hills is a beautiful place with stunning mountain views, unique attractions, and a great atmosphere. The Golden Bridge is definitely a highlight, and the cable car ride offers amazing scenery. It can get quite crowded, but overall it’s a memorable experience and well worth visiting when you’re in Da Nang.

We had a wonderful tour. Eric our guide was very knowledgeable, and flexible. He adjusted the tour activities to suit our needs. We were very surprised at the size of the area and how much walking was involved (there are many steps) but it was well worth doing and we would thoroughly recommend it.

Quyen was amazing. Three generations of us travelled with her to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Hands Bridge. She was most accommodating, patient, professional, but still fun to be with. She took us around the whole park in a leisurely way, not rushing us, and creating many photo opportunities. We highly recommend Quyen and this tour, especially being a private one.

Our private tour to Ba Na Hills was one of the best days of our honeymoon and an experience we’ll always remember. From the moment we were picked up, everything was effortless. Ours was a private tour our tour was with Nhu Quynh. She was a good and friendly guide,. She was very punctual, explained everything about Ba Na Hills. Took us around at our pace showed us around, guided ius all along. Quynh is very good guide. Everything in Ba Na Hills is magical. Beautifully maintained and very well presented. Lanh was such a wonderful tour guide! He was great at showing us around (this place was huge!) and telling us more about the area and Vietnam. They were also super flexible in picking us up from Hoi An but dropping in Da Nang so we could make a train. Really great day!

We had an amazing morning tour with John and our driver, Strong! They arrived right on time and with welcoming personalities. The drive to Ba Na felt safe and stress free.John’s expertise made our visit to Ba Na Hills exceptionally efficient. We moved quickly when we wanted to, but never felt rushed when capturing the perfect photo or listening to his insightful explanations, like the history behind the Buddha life murals. He speaks excellent English, knew all the best shortcuts, and made sure we got our amazing lunch exactly when we needed it.To top it off, John went completely out of his way to help us when my wife's curling iron stopped working that morning. Even though they are surprisingly hard to find in Hoi An, he called around and successfully tracked down the last one at a small beauty supply shop which we easily stopped at and grabbed on the way back. John is a fantastic guide with a great personality. We saw everything we wanted to see, had an awesome morning, and are already planning to book our next tour with him! Highly recommend!

John was a bloody great guide, he had a fantastic sense of humour and was very knowledgable about the bridge and its suroundings. These sights you would not see anywhere else in the world and they are mind blowing to see in person. Wonderful private tour that was well worth it. Interesting things to see, do, and eat, and with the altitude of the mountain, over 1,600m, the temperature was very comfortable. Tour guide Quynh did a great job! She accommodated our pace which is a great benefit of a private tour!

Excellent day at Ba Na Hills with our 3 children. Quyen our guide was fantastic and took us to all the best spots. In such a large resort we would have missed so much without her. We managed to cover all of our highlights - golden bridge, French gardens and the Fantasy area as well as some others that we hadn’t spotted but loved like the 5D show. It was great to be picked up early and get to the golden bridge before too many crowds and also an early lunch at 11.30 meant we didn’t have to queue for too long. Quyen was able to bring the resort to life by sharing the areas history and how the resort came to be. Lovely day out and a highlight of our holiday for the kids.

Incredible tour made even more enjoyable by our tour guide, Carol! I would rate this tour with Carol 6 stars if it was an option because she is a fabulous tour guide! The scenery from the cable car to the Golden Bridge to the French Village and the Indochina Buddhist Temple was breathtaking! We were in awe of all the fascinating facilities, statues, and gardens! Our tour guide, Carol is a local and provides very informative historical perspectives about the evolution of Da Nang and Ba Na Hills. This is a "must do" tour, and if you are lucky, you will get Carol assigned as your tour guide. The cable car ride is a highlight! It's about 15 minutes and Carol helped explain many aspects of the sights we viewed during the cable car ride. The western buffet lunch was also worth it as it offers a very large variety of different international cuisines to pick from, including many vegetarian dishes. Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough! Go see for yourself, and you will not regret the time or money spent, particularly if you get lucky like we did and are assigned Carol as your tour guide!
