This cooking class and coconut boat ride was amazing ! From the start being picked at the markets and shopping for ingredients up to the end when we left it was a fun, authentic and wonderful experience! Chef Haily was so great in showing us how to cook authentic Vietnamese food and it was so delicious, fresh ingredients and so much to share (you will walk away with a full belly !) I would thoroughly and highly recommend thai your and if you are lucky to get Hylie you will have a great time!
What a fabulous afternoon. The entire experience was great fun from start to finish. We bought fresh food from the market which we then cooked, following expert tuition from our guide Hai. The coconut boat trip was also really fun and I would highly recommend this trip as it was superb value for money. Thanks Jon

Great selection of dishes, fresh and fragrant. Skip breakfast if you're in a morning group....there's lots of food!

"We had a fantastic time at the cookery class! The venue was great, and we especially enjoyed the boat trip on the coconut boat beforehand. We visited the market to pick out the vegetables and ingredients we'd later cook with. The whole experience lasted four hours, and we had a wonderful time — delicious food, a great teacher, and a great chef. Highly recommended!"

This was the absolute best tour I have ever been on. It was so detailed, everybody was extremely friendly, the food was amazing, they even got a special cake for my husband as it was his birthday. There was a show on the coconuts in the river. I learned a lot about shopping at a local market and making our own food. I even was fishing for crabs. Hailey the Chef was so awesome talented, friendly I gave this tour 1 million stars

Was an incredible experience, heading to the water for the boat ride was a great way to break the ice with other couples we didn’t know, I learnt so much about the produce at the markets and the cooking class was amazing, the food was delicious and our teacher was fantastic

Fun experience with Hai, toured the market for some produce then onto the river in Banana Boats. Great instruction on how to make Green Papaya salad, dipping sauces, rice pancake and clay pot chicken. Would definitely recommend. A really fun morning.
