Atv Quad Bike Hoi An Adventure & Bbq Feast

Quite a fun experience but fine print is that you pay extra for both people driving. Also the ATVs are pretty old and in not so good repair. Mine had to be adjusted so that it wouldn't cut out when not under revs and hubby's had horrendous dead spot when trying to accelerate. The ride itself is only 1 to 1.5hrs when the tour advertises 6hrs. A lot of that is driving to the location. Interesting information about the area was given during a short rest break. The BBQ meal after the ride was tasty and more than enough.

Very very very enjoyable!!!! There is nothing to dislike or grumble about this activity. Picked up on time, 40 minute transfer in a comfortable mini bus. From when you arrive you will feel the warmth and friendliness. The people that operate this genuinely want you to have fun, and it is evident to see. Safety briefing is the norm, what isn’t is the providing of ponchos, raincoats and the choose of twist or thumb throttle. The course is fun and is not too challenging for any experience of rider. TOP TIP, choose the flat route after the half way point, you’ll see more villages and rice fields. Food was exceptional and plentiful. I would 100% do this again

We got picked up at the post office in Hoi A which was easy to get too, we were met immediately and taken to the place, around 50 mins. Once there we had our instructions and safety equipment and then we were off, the leader was great, he gave good instructions for tricky parts of the course and there were others at the back. I was a passenger, with my husband driving, it was comfortable for both of us. The course was great and the timings felt right, we stopped in the middle for drinks and then had food once back at the start. The food was lovely, plenty of choice and plenty of food. I would highly recommend to all.

Was raining to start but that didn’t deter from the fun. They supplied rain ponchos, boots and masks. The tracks were muddy and slippery. Wear old clothes! The meal at the end was plentiful and delicious. Great day out.

This is actually a truly great experience from start to finish. Efficient. Clear communication. Super fun day and great food and service. Totally recommend. BUT prepare to get muddy :)

Fantastic time and well worth doing. Family of 6 of all ages. Meeting point was middle of Hoi An and took a minivan to the location. Great guides, very professional and explained everything. Brilliant course to go round, with a bit of speed or slower they had enough staff to accomodate all at your pace. Good amount of time and as rainy season there was plenty of muddy puddles to fly through. You do get very dirty but that adds to the fun. A good hose down at the end and some water pipes to wash yourself down. Take a change of clothes just for a more comfortable journey home. Save to leave everything at base you dont want to take. Good BBQ diner ready for when we got back to base, good variety. Brilliant day had by all!

Fantastic adventure and so much fun. The guides were excellent and very friendly and the meal afterwards was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended and will come again next time! Great atmosphere with the other guests.

This experience is amazing, we have done it twice now and would happily do it again! They are a team of experienced professionals putting your safety first imparting knowledge about the local community also supplying a delicious lunch and refreshments after the tour. Highly recommend!!!

Hau was our guide and was wonderful, making sure we were safely driving the ATVs and stopping to describe the rice fields and jungle that we passed thru. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. The ATVs could have used a bit of maintenance for ease of steering but considering the use and beating they get each day, ours ran fine. Recommend this tour but be aware that you do need arm strength to drive the vehicles.

This was our fourth ATV activity in 4 different countries and this was one of the best! We had a thorough safety briefing and we were then off to see the beautiful property including a brief “street” ride, a ride next to the rice fields and then the trek through the jungle. The terrain was challenging and the equipment performed well. We paid extra to have our own quad bikes which was worth it so we could get the full experience! We stopped up the hill to have a refreshment and to learn more about the area from Hau. After returning we were greeted by the 3 dogs and had an excellent BBQ lunch. The best tour lunch we’ve had on our trip.

Great fun, but not a gentle ride on paved or even dirt tracks. Quite challenging in parts, muddy, rocky. I loved it. Superb BBQ at end as well

Was asked to share on google but unable to for some reason great trip on the quads 6 in group with 2 staff total quad time about 2 hrs through local village paddy fields and jungle at a pace that suited all stopped for drinks and a break at an out station which was well stocked and informed of the local history and then back to main area via different route for food and drink which was plentiful and very tasty pick ups and drop off prompt highly recommend it

First time here and Da Nang and the team were great meeting us in Ha Noi and transporting us to the ATV farm! They recorded videos of us throughout and refreshments during at no extra charge and the post food preparation was amazing! We will definitely come back!

Excellent experience, highly recommend, Hou at the farm was fantastic. Travk can be a bit hectic is some places but the guides are more then happy to help. Food was delicious at the end.

What an experience! Bus collected us at the HoiAn post office and dropped back to our hotel. The ride was through the jungle! Hew, our guide was spectacular together with her entire crew! We were offered gumboots and poncho, which I absolutely recommend as you get dirty, even with them on! Lunch...The feast... and I mean feast, to complete our adventure, was absolutely delicious! Worth every cent. Definitely recommend this tour!

Tour was great. The guides were able to accomodate for different skill levels within the group so everyone had a great time. The food was good, all the staff were lovely and exceeded expectations.

Our group of 3 adults had an amazing time on our afternoon quad biking adventure. This was our first time using quad bikes and although a little nervous we were given full and clear instructions and our tour guides took great care of us throughout our trip. It was a very muddy and wet terrain which made it even more fun. As long as you follow the guidelines and rules you will have an amazing and safe and exciting adventure. The bbq food at the end was the best we have had so far in Vietnam. A must do activity and this was the highlight of my two week Vietnam holiday.

Great morning out. The trails were really muddy and boggy so got wet but it made it more fun. The staff were excellent and went st our pace (as we were not experienced at all.) Good feed afterwards too!

From the moment we hopped into the transfer car to the time we were dropped off we had a ball! It had been raining a lot so the trails were super muddy with huge puddles and rivers to smash our way through. I was on the back and partner Kane was diving. Only 5 in our group so we hit the trails at full speed. Screamed my way through every puddle. Our fearless driver was awesome and looked after us. One mud bog got two bikes and we laughed hysterically trying to get them out. BBQ food topped it all off.. Delicious! Thanks team for a fun morning!

Great fun and nice to see different environments outside of Hoi an. Great guides, easy pickup and lovely bbq meal at the end. The bikes have seen better days and did have multiple issues. All were fixed quickly but it was a small annoyance.

100% recommend this tour! A mixture of history, scenery and lots of mud!! We started with a nice calm tour of the jungle, villages and rice fields. Our tour guide Kim grew up in a local village so gave us history of the area which was amazing and informative. If you want to go fast or slow it’s entirely up to you. We had a great group, so the BBQ lunch after was also great chatting to the others. Take some small notes to buy the locally made magic oil, it cleared up my cold almost immediately ($30k) !!.Thanks Kim & the team for a fantastic day x

We booked this as a family group of 3 adults. The staff were very professional, friendly and fun. They gave a good briefing and we felt safe and well supported considering our limited atv experience. The lunch was very tasty and lots of different dishes. Go prepared to get muddy and enjoy the countryside. I highly recommend this tour.

Great day out, lots of fun getting dirty and seeing the country side. The lunch has lots of options and qas delicious. I would say on the downside that the bikes need some work, brakes not the best and steering very loss

Had an awesome time on the ATV tour today! The trails were a blast, the views were unreal, and the guide kept it super chill and fun. Got a little dirty, laughed a lot, and honestly didn’t want it to end. Definitely worth it!

Family of 4 (including 2 teens) with an ATV each. Great communication ahead of the activity. Prompt and swift pick up and drop off. Comprehensive safety briefing. Great route through varied settings. Good support from staff with one guide and two mechanics. Returned back to a splendid lunch - really tasty and plentiful! Lockers at the departure point would provide reassurance, but there was CCTV where our bags were left and we had no issues with anything going missing. Perhaps we're just too used to living in a city? Great morning out and highly recommended. 🙂

Had a terrible experience. The ATV quad bike was very old and outdated, and a lot of smoke was coming out of it. The food was also very dry.

We heard about this tour and joined the afternoon session. The operators not only took great care of us but did everything possible to make sure our experience was something to remember. From the initial guidance for my family who have never ridden quad bikes before, to tips out on the track, the guides made the day super fun. Thank you so much for the best part of our holiday so far. This experience will be remembered for years

Nice family activity. The People Who arranged it was very nice, and tok care of everyone. Safety was taken seriously driving was fun and the atv was good. Very hot when it stood still, but driving was cooling. Nice storytelling about viatnam in a break. Food was ok..

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! We went in the morning and got picked up from the post office in Hoi An and then transferred to the Quad Bike centre. The trip was wonderful and the lunch afterwards was amazing!!

Great guide, the drive was a lot of fun, the food was surprisingly really good and generous. Would do it again. Definitely bring sun glasses though

This was the very definition of fun. A manageable 8:30am pickup in central Hoi A preceded a 45-minute drive into the farmlands towards My Son. Once there, you’re kitted out (they will recommend you bring a mask but they had some there when I went) and given a helmet and explanation of the quad. I was a beginner and they took excellent care to make sure I had things under control. We rode through a small village then things sped up as we bounced through rice paddies, local farmers waving at us as we passed. A pit stop for a welcome cold drink and a chat, then we upped the ante and sped things up (after confirming I was ok with that) on a ride through the jungle. Pure exhilaration in some of the most beautiful terrain you’ll see. I was fortunate enough to have the excursion to myself and the guide was constantly checking on me to make sure I was keeping up and ok. You sign a waiver at the start but I never felt unsafe. He always warned of hazards and explained any challenging upcoming terrain. All rounded off with some fantastic bbq chicken, pork, and fish, along with some banh xeo and rice and dumplings and…basically a giant feast. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had so much fun on this tour. The transfer out to the farm was extremely comfortable. Once there, we were given a delicious cold drink and briefed on the use of the bikes and off we went. Once they’d established who could ride and who were beginners, they split us up and we had an absolute ball riding through rice paddies, a village and the jungle, on dirt tracks, bitumen and through quite a bit of mud which was an adventure in itself. We stopped a few times for photos and also for a cold drink half way where we learnt about the area. Upon our return we had a delicious lunch with lots of variety and were then transferred back to Hoi An. We loved it and would do it again .

Staff were absolutely amazing, spoke English very well, they communicated well prior to pick up. The trip was amazing and informative. The guide had great stories about the local area and history and the atv ride was so much fun. I would definitely do it again.

This adventure was so much fun. We got covered from head to toe in mud. It was awesome. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The scenery was great, the ATV’s were in good working order and the lunch time food was excellent. We highly recommend this one for anyone over 12years (not really suitable for small children). Make sure you take a change of clothes. Gum boots are supplied.

So much fun!! Dusty and dirty but worth it for a fabulous day. Highly recommend if you don't mind getting a bit dusty. Tour guides very good and safety first. Delicious lunch. I read some negative reviews on Tripadvisor from people saying dusty exhaust fumes break downs etc. the breakdown is stalling and very easy to restart, very normal. If you don't like dust and exhaust just stay back, keep distance from the rider in front. The locals were very friendly. Great adventure. Thank you for a memorable time ❤️

This is the only negative review I will write for our recent 16 day holiday in Central Vietnam. From start to finish it was unenjoyable. We were the first to be picked up from our hotel and it took two hours to get to the location as we stopped at so many hotels and there was confusion, so we stopped for a while at one (took 1.5hrs to get back). When we got there, despite paying for 5 people (the same amount per person), we were told that only two people would be able to drive the ATV's. The company that we booked through managed to negotiate that to three people. Be sure to take your phone with you as we heard "don't take any of your valuables, we will take photos for you" - but when we stopped for photos, they refused to take any because we had left our phones behind. My daughter had an ATV that was constantly breaking down - we were on the side of the track waiting for it to be fixed multiple times for longer than what we were driving. These ATV's are in a really bad way and haven't been maintained at all well. There is quite a bit of rubbish along the track which I didn't think much of, until I saw the group leader throwing all his rubbish as we went along the way. The food at the end was lovely but because we had spent most of our time waiting for her ATV to be fixed, we literally had 5 minutes before we had to get back in the minivan and head back to town. Please don't waste your time and money on this. There are much better ATV tours elsewhere.

Atv/quad ride was nice and long thru jungle and rice fields. However, a lot of the scenery was the same which made the ride at end a bit boring.

Had a lot of fun on this tour. Communication with Ms Kim & the crew was great. It was very hot and dry but was still a great day. The BBQ afterwards was a great way to finish.

We enjoyed a fun half day out exploring the countryside (morning tour). The guides were lovely and helpful - one at the front and one at the back. ATV’s were in okay condition. Unfortunately the tracks were very dry, hot and dusty so no mud to enjoy. Masks were provided. It would have been lovely to stop a bit along the way to learn about it what we were seeing (eg rice farming or explanation about the memorials or rural life) but some info was provided about the history of the area at the midway refreshment stop. There was some trash along the route - it would be good if the team picked up to help make the experience scenic. BBQ lunch was tasty with a range of foods (meat, salad, bread, fries, Vietnamese pancake, fish curry) and cold drinks provided. Transfer was comfortable in shared air conditioned mini van. Overall a good experience that I would recommend if you have a few days to spend in Hoi An.

We had a great time; they were very professional and super accommodating. They assisted me with transport from Da Nang to Hoi An. Suppose you do decide to try it, wear old clothes and sunglasses. You'll most definitely get some mud on yourself.
