White Lotus Hotel Hoian

Worth the price, free breakfast is amazing, cute garden and pool. It was our anniversary and they made our room all cute. Not directly in old town but pretty short walk and in a nice calm area. Staff was helpful

It's a spacious hotel with a simple design, but when I first entered, I felt the space was too large. However, Min at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel like I was an old friend. She gave me many excellent restaurant and coffee shop recommendations, making my trip a very pleasant experience. This is a hotel with great value for money. If you are traveling with family or friends, its space and location are excellent. However, you might prefer a room that is not facing the road if you are sensitive to noise.

This is our second year staying in White Lotus HoiAn. We are in this hotel for 10 weeks because it ticks all our boxes. The location means we are 15 minutes easy bike ride to the beach, 17 minutes walk to Old Town/river and so many local eateries in close proximity. The staff are amazing they are like our family. Always helpful, friendly, fun and interested in our stay especially Min, Helen, Snow and Jade. The rooms, facilities, including the very welcome swimming pool, are spacious and clean. The free breakfast has many options for all tastes and every day there are subtle changes. We have enjoyed hours on the free bikes which have enabled us to explore the alleyways, Old Town, rice field trails and the beaches. We are so greatful to all the front of house, kitchen, dining, cleaning, management and maintenance staff who are always friendly, helpful and all contribute to our comfortable and relaxing stay. It's a shame we have to go home.

The White Lotus is well located approximately half way between An Bang beach and the old town. We mainly rode the free bikes provided, most of which were in reasonable condition. Grab to anywhere in the city is very cheap but at peak times you may have to wait 10/15 minutes for a car. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities provided. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast options and the staff in the dining area were exceptionally helpful as were most of the other staff members at the hotel. The hotel provided towels to take to the beach. I think you get very good value for money at this hotel. A few minor concerns would be that the floor area outside of the shower gets very wet from the water that escapes the shower itself. The gym is a small room with very little equipment. The pool is a good size, but the water is warm as it is exposed to the full sun for most of the day.
