The property is beautiful, spacious, and has a private beach, which is definitely a highlight. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall property has a nice resort feel. Location-wise, it’s around 20 minutes from Hoi An and about 40 minutes from Da Nang. This can be convenient if you want to explore both, but at the same time, you’re not really close to either of the main areas. So, expect to rely on taxis or other transport for sightseeing. Overall, a good property with nice rooms and a private beach, but the location is something to consider depending on your itinerary.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Ngoc was very friendly, welcoming, and made our family feel comfortable from the moment we checked in. She greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place for families. The staff were also attentive and hospitable. We truly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated Ngoc’s warm hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
⭐ Overall Experience We had a very good and enjoyable stay at the resort. The people were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention to the receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful and patiently assisted us with all our queries throughout our stay. The ocean-view rooms were definitely a highlight and added to the overall experience. The resort itself is very large, with plenty to explore, although it was almost too big to cover everything during our stay! The spa experience was also wonderful and truly memorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to visit again and explore more of what the resort has to offer.
Edited: Advertised as a 5 star resort this is a large hotel and commercial development by the beach. I saw stunning pictures of this resort so I booked and paid (via an online booking app) a week's stay. A hiccup occurred at check-in when we arrived (hence the edited review) but the staff graciously offered us a room upgrade on our 4th night of stay to a nicer room with better views. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable and there's even a kitchenette, a living room area with a couch and a dining table. However you have to be aware that no outside food and drink is allowed. We explored the grounds, there are many areas for commercial shops. 95% of the shops are empty or have gone out of business. A feeling of abandonment and neglect takes over. Resort staff are all very helpful and polite Landscaping did a wonderful job, the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The pool area is very nice and impressive. The best feature of the resort. There's also a Lotte cinema, kids play area, pickleball courts and other fun activities on the property. All in all, a great place to unwind for families and couples alike. I do hope they sort out their commercial part of the resort as I feel this place has enormous potential to be a main hub of activity along this stretch of An Bang beach.
Have been very disappointed in this hotel. Advertised as a 5 Star, it’s anything but that, 3 star would pull it up. It’s neglected re maintenance and quite dirty and knocked around in some areas. A lot of staff around doing very little and some totally unfriendly. The hot breakfast items are cold and the dining experience itself is with at least 500 other people, just like a big uninviting feeding hall and frenzy. There’s no bar apart from a small poolside one and to get a smile or any acknowledgement from the staff there would be a miracle. The pool looks great in the photos but isn’t clean, it’s murky. Our room had a sea view and balcony but no table or chairs. The safety railing was that rusty we were scared to put any pressure or weight on it. Nice location by the sea, 15/30 minutes in Grab to old town, but isolated by itself as nothing else around it. This by far, is the worst “5 Star” hotel we have ever stayed in and can’t believe it has this rating. Sadly, we can’t recommend it from our own experiences, we won’t be back
