Accomodating stafg. Room is only 1500php per night, queen bed, enough for us (2 adults and 1 toddler, 2 years old).
Free rentals of bike, so you can stroll around Hoi An. Motorbike is also available.
Breakfast is included. There will be a menu for you to choose the day before, and there are unli bread, coffee, and fruits for the buffet in the morning.
We did not try the pool.
Bathroom is very clean. With hair dryer and hygiene kits (comb, tooth brush and toothpaste, razor). Hot water is available.
Wifi is moderate. For browsing. I believe signal is low on the 4th floor.

Choose this place if you want somewhere peaceful and quiet away from the Old Town. It’s about 20 minutes by bicycle, and roughly the same by taxi because of the traffic. They also offer free bicycles, which I loved! I used them to explore the Old Town, An Bang Beach, and the rice fields.
The breakfast was decent. I had Mi Quang on my first day, then Pho for the rest of my stay. No kidding—it was the best pho I had in Vietnam! 🥹💗
They didn’t have an iron or steamer, even though Agoda listed them as available. Overall, my stay was good, but nothing particularly memorable or with a real wow factor. I personally found it a bit overrated.
We loved out stay at the Nam An Villa at Hoi An. Overall it is GREAT for its price

- small ants in the bathroom but they dont bite.
Great stay! Breakfast was amazing! About 20 different things to choose from! The room was spacious and clean! Can recommend to pick the balcony room for the extra space to relax! And the view was nice! Thanks for the great hospitality to Julia and Lili
This place had everything i need . Comfortable beds, quite area. Sound proofing, great breakfast, very nice and polite staff . They have taxi services and rental scooter also . Location is your choice . It have same distance from lantern market and beach also. Definitely recommended
